Hi all,It looks like that the feature where one can import a visio drawing is well hidden. It requires you to go into a board and by importing it opens a new board.Before this, I believe it was introduced in the higher level. Since it requires a new board, it is not efficient to put it into another board.
I tried the application in Edge and Firefox, I also downloaded the app for Windows and when I want to press the space bar it selects the last tool I used. This is very uncomfortable and annoying because I can not use the app because I have a graphics tablet where I set the space on the pen to move on the board. I have read that another user had the same thing happen to him but I followed what they replied and there is no solution. Has anyone else had the same thing happen to them and have a solution? Edit: When I left the app to write this, I got a text that said reconnecting and it was solved, but I want to leave this message in case it serves as feedback to solve this bug.Edit 2: I used the app again and it doesn't work

Please, help me, I don’t want to pay money when I don’t have anything
As title: If you put your contents in layer, try to search them will crash the entire Miro board Anyone experience the same? If it is, hopefully the dev team fix the bug. I post here just to let the dev team know the problem. I has tested several time and 100% crash when trying to search anything after organized contents into different layer.

In the face of current events, I believe that the role of an educator has never been more challeging than it is now. Being constatly under the attack by the neigbouring country, we still long for knowlegde and self-improvement. Therefore, Miro has become an indispensable tool for me and my studnets alike. I cannot imagine using any other platform as it doesn't offer as many great tools as your platform does. I was wondering if I could be granted the privilege of using free subscription so as to continue teaching English and make the most of Miro experience.Best,Nazarii
Boards from two accounts merged into one. I decided to check if the board would be deleted from another account if I deleted it on the first one. As a result, she left. How to restore it now
I’m using the built-in ‘Roadmap Planning’ template. I have a schedule that covers the whole year, but the width is so wide. I can only see a few months on screen at a time. I don’t want to just shrink both the width and height because then the text gets too small. I just want to reduce the width.What it currently looks like: What I’m trying to make it look like: Using the left or right edge to resize it just makes it worse. I can only make it stretch wider, I can’t make it narrower so I can see more months on the same screen. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
Hi All -- I’m looking to define a user role that has “post it” and “comment” capabilities (i.e. can use a board), but can’t “unlock” the board. Does this exist? Right now this is my understanding:“Commenter” -- can comment, but can’t post stickies“Editor” -- can comment, post, and unlock Is there anything in between? Thank you!Sue
I’m loving the timeline/table feature! I’m not finding some features that I am hoping are here or that are on the roadmap:I have some projects with defined start and end dates but some projects are evergreen (no known end date) and I’d like them to show up as ongoing in the timeline. I’m band aiding this by setting a date way out in the future but it is tideous and doesn’t seem like a realistic solve for high volume timelines. Related to this, is there a way to copy and paste and end date -- or even just manually type in a date? I’m currently clicking, clicking, clicking and it seems their has to be a better way. Is there a way to set milestones within a specific entry/iniative? I’m using the milestone for my full time for things like fiscal calendar, etc but there are a lot of initiative specific milestones I’d like to add on a specific row/entry?

Hello! My child has lessons on the miro platform and accidentally tried free business trial in the groupe that was created by his teacher. There any projects had been created by kid. In the miro account I can`t see any plan or upgrades, nor I can cancel or change anything. Now the miro.com tryies to charge my credit card on the amount of $4416!!! Could you please help me cancel this subscription. As on the credit card was`t enough money I can assume miro didn`t provide any services.Thank you

I use free plan and I have some members on the board. Looks like after some updates I can’t delete some members who are no longer in our company. There is no option to delete a person in settings. The screen shot is attached. Please help.
Created some new boards today.These boards are not appearing via REST API (https://api.miro.com/v2/boards), even hours after creation.The account that installed the app is the same account that created the boards, and I can access such boards by ID if I specifically request them via REST API and they also appear if I use the “team_id” query string parameter, as suggested in the API documentation. But in such case I cannot use the “query” query string parameter, which I need to use. According to the same documentation the new boards should appear within seconds without the “team_id” parameter.The account we are developing for has around 1,149 boards, but I don’t believe that should break the API.
I have been using Miro to annotate and I’ve noticed that some of my handwritten text converses to an auto shape after a delay and seemingly can’t be undone. The smart object setting wasn’t selected when writing and only happens after a delay and I can’t work out what is triggering the conversion or how to undo it. I’m using an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. See image below fore example. Some of the characters are converted to smart shapes and others not. Thanks in advance! Dan
Hi team,I have a Jira planner that I use to plan my 2-week sprints across mutliple months. I have around 8 sprints I want to plan out, but the planner does not allow me to choose/display more than 5 sprints at a time. How can I get all the sprints to be displayed on the planner in Miro. I can confirm that the Jira board, when displayed on the Jira site, displays all the sprints that I want, so it’s not related to Jira filter. Please help! Thanks!
thats at 1% zoom and at 100% i see nothing (I can’t use versions because of the free version). I spent hours and that the screwed version.
I’m brand new to Miro and working on creating a large board for facilitating an all day workshop for a smallish group. I initially started by copying over some templates, but as I got comfortable I just started creating my own thing. I’ve discovered that I’m having to use text sizes of 900 for example, and the zoom is set to just a few %. Is there any problem with this? Should I be targeting using “normal” text sizes and doing everything at 100%, or is it totally irrelevant as long as I keep things in proportion to one another?I’m worried that I’m going to get even more hours into setting this up and suddenly realize that actually having apparently huge everything actually screws me up somehow.Any thoughts much appreciated! When pinching with two fingers on the Magic Keyboard trackpad, the workspace doesn’t zoom in or out. Instead, the entire Miro app window is being resized. Use iPad Pro 13 with Magic Keyboard
Anyone seen this issue before?: In MIRO online version when I add a new layer everything works as expected but when i try the same in the windows app the new layer dialog box appears for a millisecond then vanishes.If I have the online version open on one screen and the app on the other when I create a layer in the online version it appears in the app version. All the functionality of the new layers work as expected in the app. It’s just annoying that I have to create them online first.ThanksEddie
