How to extract sticky notes into a structured table with Miro Flows?

I have a board, where we have three frames, each of them are describing a user flow within a software. We collected feedback along this processes (pain points = red sticky notes, pontentials = blue sticky notes, actions = yellow sticky notes). I tried to create a simple Miro flow, to extract all sticky notes into a table, assigning a category based on the sticky notes color. The flow starts working, but the table stays empty, shows only one entry or I get an error message. The frame contains about 300 - 400 sticky notes.

My prompt was:

Please extract all the sticky notes from the selected frame.

Organize the extracted text content into a single, cohesive table.

The categories for the table rows should be determined by the **color** of the sticky note. Each unique color should become a separate category row in the table.

The columns of the table should simply contain the text content of the sticky notes, grouped by their corresponding color category.

Ensure the extracted text is accurate and retains any numbering or bullet points within the original sticky note text.

Did anybody tackle this topic already or has feedback on this?

Hi @Eca , I replied on the support ticket I received. Meanwhile I was able to get more results into the table, but the outcome was different between the different Runs. More details are provided in my reply on the ticket.
