Data Table not loading any more

Hi, we are having two data tables on a Miro board but out of a sudden, the data is not loading anymore, only showing the pulsing loading for about 30mins. Already tried different browsers, the app, etc.

I am using 7 synchronised copies of a Timeline to display the data in different ways by applying different filters.  I have a “master” table view which has all of the tabulated data.  I switch to timeline as required in this view.  I then have 6 synchronised Kanban views of the same data, which are used as visual indicators to show the status of certain parameters. 

 

This has been working fine for about 4 weeks, but yesterday all synchronised views stopped displaying any data.  The tables no longer display their titles and only display a few rows with grey bars, as shown below...

 

I tried the following actions, in order, but the tables still have no visible data:

  1. Undo several actions
  2. Restore the board to an earlier version
  3. Delete browser cache
  4. Delete all synchronised tables and reload the browser
  5. Use incognito mode

I use Miro in Microsoft Edge browser and Chrome and have the same issue in both.

I tried deleting all tables and started again with a new “master” table and again created 6 synchronised copies.  I only added around 20 rows of data to the master table and, after reloading my browser, experienced the same issue where the data is not displayed. 

I then tried exporting the data as a CSV but zero data was exported.

I did notice some unusual behaviour during table data input in that when I tried to re-order the tasks in the timeline view a task tile would be created, even though I was not moving the task out with the board.

Is there any way to recover the data that was added to the Table / Timeline?
