Has anyone else noticed that Miro’s vector export option has stopped working? Over the past few weeks, the export settings seem to have changed, and now I can’t export any boards in a usable vector format. I keep getting the error message ‘An error occurred while exporting the board. Please try again.’
I have large, detailed Journey Maps, and I need to print them at scale. This is a major issue for my workflow - I moved from Adobe Illustrator to Miro because it allowed collaborative work on large artifacts while still supporting vector-based PDF exports.
To make things harder, the help pages related to this feature aren’t loading properly, and the accordions shown in the attached screenshot are broken.
For context, AI features within my organisation are disabled, and the only browser available is Microsoft Edge.
Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
