Why do some frames have drop shadows and sometimes not?

Question says it all… looking to understand if that means something?

@Josh Josh - Thanks, that helps.

It looks like the frames drop shadow disappears when the get smaller, and depending on the length/width ratio, e.g., watch how the skinnier frames loose the shadowing, but the more square ones do not:

There may be room for improvement in the way the board renders the drop shadowing. I would suggest forwarding this post to the Miro support team as feedback.

@Josh Josh - Can you show us a screenshot of scenario where the drop shadow is NOT present for a frame?

I always see a drop shadow unless there is a shape over it:

The above example was related to this recent post.

Drop shadows also appear on hidden frames:

I put a blue rectangle over areas that have client-sensitive information, but you’ll see where it is happening on the hidden frames to the right of the rectangles.

This is essentially a worksheet made into a template, and then added to our Miro board three times.

It’s not clear to me why some of the frames have drop shadows and some do not, as they are all created equal.
