Hello, dear Miro team!Today I tried to log into my Miro account through Google. First time it was successful, but then after log out and log in into another and then log in my acc, the process went like I was creating a new account. After logging in, all my boards and all my work disappeared. How do I recover my account with my boards?

I am trying to drag and drop from a web based application to miro board and it says “URL not supported”. what needs to be done. this was also working previously and stopped working
The new feature where frames can be turned into slides is causing havoc on my boards. It means that frames that were locked can be unlocked (even with the shield lock). The only way I have found to stop it is changing the access from ‘editor’ to ‘can comment’ but this means those with the board link cannot even add sticky notes (which we do a lot).Help please!! The impact this morning resulted in a chaotic session :(

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Diana, and I am an online tutor from Ukraine. Currently, I am experiencing difficulties purchasing Miro plans due to the situation in my country. I find Miro extremely useful and effective for both my teaching and my students’ learning experience.I would greatly appreciate it if there is still a possibility for Ukrainian educators to access any advanced plans for free.Thank you for your support and for helping us provide high-quality lessons to our students.Kind regards,Diana
Hi!I prefer to use Miro in my web browser and I’m trying to find a setting to stop Miro from launching my desktop app every time I open it in my web browser.
I am creating a complicated and very large diagram, and I don’t want all the details to be visible at first glance. That’s why I need nested diagrams. I would like to enclose child diagrams inside a block that appears on the top‑level diagram. The child diagram should be visible only when I double‑click the block to enter it. Two layers of nesting would be fine, but if possible, having three or four levels would be excellent.
I’m experiencing a text rendering issue in Miro when collaborating with another person on the same board. When I create text using the Text tool, the word appears correctly on one line on my screen. However, when my student views the same word on the same board, the last letter often moves to the next line, as if the text box is slightly narrower on their side. For example: On my screen: wing On the student’s screen:wing This is my POV:And this is my student’s:As you can see, the last letter disappears. This pesky issue means that I always need to stretch all my text boxes a little bit to the right just to be sure that all the students on the board see them correctly. Can you please advise

Dear Miro Support Team,I am a young teacher from Ukraine. I am reaching out to kindly request access to a free subscription for Ukrainians on your platform. When I first started using Miro, I was unfamiliar with the platform’s billing system, which led to some unexpected charges. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the free access program for Ukrainians at the time. Given the financial constraints many of us are experiencing, I would like to kindly apply for the free subscription. I hope you will understand the situation.Students liked the platform a lot. As a teacher, I would like to rely on Miro for lesson planning, creating engaging materials, and managing resources in a structured way.I truly appreciate Miro’s ongoing support for Ukrainians and hope you will consider my request. Thank you for your time and understanding.Best regards,Khrystyna

Hi everyone 👋I’ve been using Miro more for team workshops and brainstorming sessions, and while it’s super flexible, I’m always curious how others structure their boards for effective collaboration—especially when multiple people are editing at the same time.A few questions I’ve been thinking about:Do you use templates (and which ones are your go‑tos)? How do you keep boards organized so they don’t become cluttered during a live session? Any tips for guiding participants without taking too much control away from them? How do you balance freedom vs structure (e.g., pre‑defined zones vs free exploration)?Sometimes I find that without clear sections or activities, people can get lost or the board turns into chaos 😅 But too much structure can slow down creativity.Would love to hear how you all approach workshop prep and live facilitation in Miro—tricks, favorite features, or even little habits that make your sessions run smoother. Thanks in advance! 🎨✨
Good morning, Team, Miro, What are the steps to transfer ownership of an Admin account. Our previous Admin manager has resigned, and all of the accounts was terminated. However, the new Miro add-on was purchased and sent to the previous admin account. Thank you for your assistance.
My boards and team members have suddenly gone missing. I did not change anything or delete anything, I am the team admin. Is this a Miro outage?
Hello Miro Support Team, I am writing to you as a user from Ukraine. I am currently a student and a trainer, and Miro has become an indispensable tool for my academic and professional activities. hello, I shared my board with another person. she is experiencing problems with how text ans pencil works from the first day she logged in and joined my board she is working on a pc, windows on chrome browser through a miro websiteWhen she types a text the text doesn’t stay where the cursor was put initially. While typing, the cursor suddenly jumps and the text appears on another line or higher The same issue happens when using the pen tool, the strokes appear in a different place than where she is drawinghere are the videos how it works https://drive.google.com/file/d/149IK_5e2acaXsfSBNSeRUDVhSs5NLWSc/view?usp=sharinghttps://drive.google.com/file/d/19FRw2yHfMPPipT1NllYjjqN5Q-X7X5CS/view?usp=sharingcould you help with this issue, please? what do you recommend?
This has been going on for about 3 or 4 months - sorry for the laziness in reporting! But when dragging images onto the board it often shows an error placeholder (attached). Sometimes it’ll happen 2 or 3 times in a row with the same image, then finally will work. It is extremely inconsistent (I take a lot of screenshots and drag them onto the board during lessons). Resizing before it’s fully loaded seems to make it more likely to fail, but not always. Sometimes I am dragging these from saved folders, not screenshots, other times I don’t resize and still get the fail. I would say this happens with every third or fourth image, and I put about 15 images on a board in each hour-long session, so is very frequent. When it gets really bad I instead use integrated Zoom app whiteboard and never have this problem. I am on a Macbook air M3 2024. Tahoe 26.3.1 , and always running a Zoom video call. I’m using the browser based board. I run an external monitor (LG) in case that makes any difference.
I’ve paid Miro subscription under the account A with this email address, however I’m closing the email account A so I’m trying to move everything from the Miro board to new account B. Could I move the all the files to account B and also can I switch the paid account from A to B ?
