Hi, I just realised that I have yearly subscription paying 9 members, we are only 5 members. And I cant find a way to remove..and subscription is running another year for 9members which is not ideal. Support much appreatied

It’s possible that while some members were removed from the team, their paid seats (licenses) were not reduced, which is why you’re still being billed for 9 users.

Here’s what you can do:

1. Remove extra members

  • Go to your Miro dashboard → click your avatar (top right) → Admin Console
  • Go to Teams → Users
  • Click the three dots (...) next to a user
  • Select Delete from team

2. Adjust your team size (licenses)

  • In the Admin Console, go to Billing → Overview
  • Click Change team size
  • Update the number of licenses to match your current team

Note: If you're on a yearly plan, reducing licenses will usually take effect at the next renewal date.
