HELP !!!!
I returned to the office today, (yesterday was a public holiday here), to be confronted with a message saying that our Miro subscription has lapsed !
We have tried MULTIPLE times to get your bank details from you but MIRO seem incapable of providing the bank account information, (a SWIFT code is not an account number or sort code !).
We have explored going to Enterprise, but we ask for a quote and get sent a Docusign for a contract.
WHY IS MIRO MAKING IT SO DIFFICULT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU ???
There is no help line, there is no online help and everything seems to be done via compartmentalised teams.
Can you sort this out so we can pay our bill, (yes we want to pay you money), and we can get back to doing our day job rather than having to negotiate a vendor who cannot or will not focus on customers !!
This is now preventing me from working !
