Miro Board Missing

Hello, my two miro boards are missing, I really need to retrieve just one of them, except that it is very private board and I have not been able to get the url of this board. It’s a board for my thesis and I need it back. Is there a way for me to get it back? I don’t recall deleting anything in my account. Please help.

In some cases, boards can also appear missing if you are logged into a different account than the one originally used.

    As a next step, please check:

    • Whether you are logged into the correct email account
    • Your recent boards / dashboard search for the board name
    • Any other teams you may belong to (switch teams from the dashboard)

    If the board still cannot be found, it may be necessary to involve Miro Support so they can check the backend and confirm whether the board still exists and under which account/team it is stored.
