How can I contact the sales centre or the helpdesk? I only have a gmail account, but with that they won't let me ask a question on  a form (which is odd, because you can log in with your Gmailaccount….) Please advise! it is urgent to contact them

Hello Miro Community,Just was wondering how to use more than one type of template with the visual notes. It seems like one I use something like the meeting agenda template then I no longer have the option to do something like the to-do list or any of the other templates. Is this sort of a one shot deal in terms of the visual notes or am I overlooking a way to add the other templates?Many thanks, this community is excellent when it comes to responding to questions. Hi all,I am very new to Miro as have been using it only for a week.I have just completed a team collaboration exercise where we have done a brainstorming exercise using sticky notes. As a result of that, I have now hundreds of sticky notes with comments, and I was wondering whether Miro provides any analysis tool to review the content of them all and provide a summary, either visual or text, of the main content, so I don’t need to go and read all sticky notes individually.I already know that the content can be exported to Excel, but there’s still lot’s of comments to read and review.Thanks.

Здравствуйте! Подскажите, пожалуйста, как сделать так, чтобы при выделении объектов показывалось их количество? Сейчас количество объектов показывается, если их выделяешь в большом количестве - больше тысячи. А если мало, то не показывает. Как это можно исправить?

Hallo, gibt es die Möglichkeit den gesamten Hintergrund der Tafel kariert darzustellen? Also so, als ob man auf kariertem Papier schreiben würde? In der Standardvariante sind zwar auch Karokästchen zu sehen, allerdings verändern die ihre Größe beim Zoomen.Ich würde z.B. gerne ein Koordinatensystem zeichnen und etwa die Stelle x = 4 markieren. Und dann soll für jeden Teilnehmer, unabhängig von deren Zoom, natürlich auch das vierte Kästchen markiert sein.Ich hatte unter Templates gesucht (war das richtig?), aber weder “kariert” noch “grid” gefunden. (Und schon mal vorab, weil ich das Problem letztes Mal hatte: Ist es richtig, dass ich auf meine eigenen Fragen hier nicht antworten kann??)

Hello all,I have created a "project" in miro for a new project. In it I can now invite members and add boards. However, in this project we are also working with an agency. The designers there have already created a miro board that we have guest access to. We would like to link this board to our project, so that all project-relevant boards are in one place. But so far I can't find a way to do this. Can someone help me?Thanks a lot!Julia

When uploading a PDF is there any option to synchronise the current page to all viewers?

Hello! Help! I owned the board and was working on for weeks! Few days I didn't use account and when I came back today I lost all my boards in there include really important one what I was working on! I didn't delete anything and only one person has access but only view, and she didn't touch anything at all! And I don't have even possibility on link for restore. I don't get what happened and what to do and all my project has lost! Probably this is some new updates destroyed my account, because when I opened today it even offered me create a team as I was first time in there — that nonsense. Please tell me I have any ways to restore my board, im dying (

Hi Miro community,I just realized, I got different types of invoices.The invoice I can download from my Miro account: There I can see my own VAT ID but no VAT ID of Miro. The invoice I received in an email: There are 2 invoices including the Miro VAT ID and 1 without. All 3 invoices don´t show my own VAT ID.In Germany (that´s what I was told) you need an invoice with both VAT IDs. How can I get such an invoice from Miro?Would be great to get some help! Kind regardsNina

Hi, I need the excel extraction from all the changes that happens to my boardis that possible?   

I am trying to use the Miro App on a  MacBook Pro with Intel Cores, running Catalina 10.15.7 but I cannot get the Intel Mac App to load successfully.It seems to install fine but every time I start the app, the icon appears for a moment in the Dock and then disappears. I never get any error or other feedback.I have uninstalled, re-downloaded, and re-installed - same problem.I believe it has something to do with my organizations MFA. If I restart in Safe Mode I can start Miro and access my account and boards. But when I restart in normal mode, I’m back to a Miro App that loads and then quits.Any ideas???

I’m just starting a new research job, and am new to Miro. I would like to run a focus group using it, and since the employer doesn’t have a paid subscription (yet) I want to use the free version as a trial. But research protocol means that I have to have confidentiality, and I’m not clear if the free version allows this, as it says the boards can be shared with the group members- does that mean all of Miro, or only people in our research group? 

Hi everyone, As the Istanbul Literature House, we will host our second digital book fair on Miro in September. (You can check our post about our first digital fair last year here: https://community.miro.com/community-stories-60/we-have-just-completed-a-digital-book-fair-on-miro-2046). We succeeded in beginning organizing the event a whole lot earlier this year. We would love to have some designer support when preparing the board and design the stands (which technically are frames - each representing one publishing house). Hey team, I had to reinstall windows on my PC and now I can’t install Miro.I downloaded the 64 bit version from the website and it never starts, it keeps loading for hours and nothing happened.I am using Bitdefender Total Security, not sure if it is blocking Miro, but I am not sure, since I had it previously.Anybody had similar issues? Danny

Hello, we have a licensed miro user, his team membership has changed. she was member of Team A and we changed it to Team B. Now she can’t see all her boards anymore. We changed the membership back to Team A, still the same issue. The boards are still there, when you access them with the direct link. But she doesn’t have the direct URL to all her boards.Can someone help? Thanks a lot.

Hello everyone,we would like to share a password protected public board for commenting + we would like people to enter their name, so we can assign comments to people.But: When we share the board without a password, people are asked to enter their name. When we set a password, comments are directly shown with the name “Guest”.Is it possible to combine the password protection and the request to enter a name?Best regards

Hi, I find myself working with Miro with different clients and using different emails but can’t understand if I can set up different profiles on Miro so that I can separate my boards per profile and therefore client. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi everyone I am new to the community and have signed up for a team licence. We have a number of members who do not require full access and I wondered if anyone could offer advice on how to downgrade them to non user roles as I have looked at the "managing teams tips” but there is no mention of how to do this, any help would be great thanks in advance Iain

When I move one of the point in an arrow which is placed over a rectangle for example - the arrow attaches directly to that part of the rectangle by default. Is shortcut to not have this happen by default? Maybe something like how we hold shift on the keyboard to select multiple objects - is there a similar hotkey that we can hold on the keyboard that makes sure the arrow does not get attached to the object by default. Any advice is appreciated!

Hi everyone, I am facing the problem, that the ‘bring everyone to me’ function is not working properly.I was sharing a board with a colleague using a daypass. Although miro depicts them as an ‘editor’ they are unable to click on the ‘bring everyone to me’ button, it seems to be deactivated.Any ideas? Thanks!
