I not able to “link to” a excel. I can “link to” a PDF, but not to a excel sheet. ?

Hello, i am using the miro app on the ipad. I found that on my phone, i can set the url to open with either the safari app or within the miro app itself. But on the ipad, i don’t see where i can have that set up. Maybe it’s because i haven’t found it yet. Please help, i would really want my urls to open with the safari app at all times automatically instead of opening through the miro app. 

Hello.I had been using the free account with my university classmates. The entire class has formed a team with many boards. When I upgraded my account to an educational one (I also changed my email address associated with the account from my personal to my academic address) I can now no longer see any of the boards in this team, the boards are no longer listed. i have logged in and out a few times but this has made no difference. Has this happened to anyone else?

If I authorize adobe cloud access in a miro board who can access that information? Can anonymous editors? Can Team member?

Is there a way to review a document over time - like see what it looked like a day ago? Kinda like how you can see changes in google docs?

Hello, I am a teacher and was trying Miro lite by sharing the link with my students. Some of the students use their smartphone to work on miro lite. So my problem is this: Some students when they click on the link don’t have access to the miro lite board I was sharing. They end up on the home page instead. This problem exists as well with Android smartphones as with iOS smartphones (old and new ones). Can someone help?

I would like to save my Miro board / create a link to my Google Drive. Did install the Google Drive App, however Miro keeps throwing the error that I do not have the permission to safe to my Google Drive. Do you know where this error comes from?  Thank you! :) 

Hello there. We have been delivering an online training course, and all has been going well until today. Today non of our guest editors can access video chat and a message appears telling them to report a bug (we couldnt see this from our side) We have reported the problem, but is anyone else experiencing this today?Thanks.

Hi, for a workshop I will have to run a few powerpoint presentation for a plenary session in between working times on Miro . What is the added value of those different options? and the drawbacks...  adding a googleslide in Miro, play it from Miro and sharing my screen to the participants? playing the googleslide ( or powerpoint) on my computer and sharing my screen on zoom? creating frames with one page of my powerpoint per frame and use the presentation mode? Could you please help me, is there any option to recover my deleted board? I have free account with 3 boards and I accidentally deleted one of them :( I hope you can help me!

I’d like to periodically create a PDF backup of my Miro work but it would take many (MANY!!) frame captures of my massive project for every single time I want to do a quick backup; even a few frame shots wouldn’t capture the material legibly with zooming-in.Yes, I know that there is the Miro online backup, but I worry that this requires the Miro app and access, and I would feel better with this important document of mine if I could have an emergency access in PDF or something available to me at any time.So, I have two questions:1. Can the Miro backup be accessed on its own somehow?2. Is there a quick way to do a capture-all PDF even if it grouped it into several PDFs but through one (or a few) easy gestures?Thanks!

Is it possible to only allow selected team members access to specific boards?   We have 4-5 different boards within our team but would prefer the workshop attendees to only have access to the board that relates to them.   Thanks

Will it be possible as an administrator to create additional Teams?

Hi Folks - loving Miro and am finding links are so useful when running workshops, particularly when people are unfamiliar with Miro. However, each time I click a link it opens up the target area at 400% - is there a way to make this 100% instead? Every time I land at the target I have to zoom out again which, although doable, is inelegant.  Thanks

Hello,  in my boards, the timer is still missing. In the App Overview I see a “installed” label next to “Countdown Timer by Miro”, but there is no timer in my bottom menu bar. Greetings Katrin

Clicking on the stickie-button creates square stickies. I can change the format after, but can I preset rectangular stickies for the entire board so that doubleclicking anywhere wil create a rectangular stickie?

Hello, yesterday I had 4 guests on my board. 2 had access to the chat function, 2 didn't. Those were on different browsers (Firefox and Safari). Why did that happen and how can we solve it? Thank you!!!

How can I preset my miro board to restrict any interaction of participants to creating rectangular sticky notes? Right know we have to train all participants in an intensive miro-course to understand how they create sticky notes and how they transform a square note to a rectangular one. Can I disable all other features for participants - except creating rectangular notes? So I don’t need to train them up front.

how many guests can recently edit the board?

For some reason on my iPad (maybe computer too but mine is broken atm) I cannot export my frames as image or pdf.  How to fix this?  

Hi everyone,Do you know if it is possible to export an overview of the ‘voted post-its’ and/or a total list of all the post-its that were dot-voted (preferably sorted from high to low). When ending the voting session the overview list on the left side and the total overview are great. However, it would be awesome if I can export the list and board to a PDF with the votes included. 

Hello Fellow Miro fans,  I have been recently experimenting using JIRA Cards in our projects in Miro. We have a JIRA Instance with multiple projects and Miro with multiple Teams. My desired outcome is to connect different Miro Teams to different projects in JIRA. I can only allow each Team to see their own project. Following the excellent documentation provided by Miro I created the application link on my JIRA server. Subsequently I created 2 web hooks for 2 different Miro Teams. I configured them adding JQL filter restricting the cards to projects specific for each team only. Nevertheless I could still see all JIRA issues in both Miro Teams. I also repeated my test using additional variables in URL (as specified on the Atlassian web hooks setting page), but still was able to see all JIRA issues in each team. It looks like MIRO is currently ignoring both the JQL filter and additional variables.
