When I move a line, I have to adjust multiple points. I want to make quick, visual adjustments. Is there a better way to do this?

Hi - I’ve a shape on my board which reads “Start” and immediately underneath it (but in the same shape) I want to add some context like “Customer wishes to top up their account” in small text (like 6pt vs the 12pt I’ve used for the word “Start”). I expected to be able to select the text I wanted to apply this specific treatment to, apply the changes and for it to just change that selected text - but it seems to apply to the whole shape.Needs to be part of the shape really as I want that text to stay with the shape as it moves. Granted I could create new text and GROUP it, but that’s too complex / long-winded.Misunderstanding of how to use it on my part or a feature not yet developed?

Hello,How can I integrate Miro and Moodle? I use Moodle as LMS to support my classes. I want to use Miro white boards for working with my students together as the entire class or in small groups. I saw a webinar on Miro where the presenter said that this integration is possible but I was not able to find instructions. Please help. Thanks.

I'm trying to buy a team plan.The purchase process is not completed when I click the Purchase with Credits button.I don't get any errors, so I can't investigate, and I need to know why.

On a monthly basis i run a Lean Coffee session with new members.  If I want to use the kanban board, and allow them to vote on the backlog items to determine what we will discuss, can I give them a link for them to get in and create backlog items? Which level do I need to purchase? Is voting included or is that an additional charge item? The range of guest can vary from 10 to 40 people. The most likely amount is 20. Reguards, Reynaldo

Hello!I use SnagIt to get a screenshot and then I simply use Copy & Paste to get the screenshot in Miro. Idealy I don’t want to show the whole screenshot on my miro board, because it takes to much space. I would love to have a thumbnail of the graphic, but still have to possibility later to enlarge / see the whole graphic / screenshot. Is there a way to achieve that?ThanksGeorg

I am new to Miro and created my first process map.  How do I uncouple the shapes and arrows so I can add or insert other shapes as I learn new things about the process.

How many boards are our allowed with educational licence? .. suggests only three but I had thought that was for the ordinary free account ?? Tks T

Export to CSV is quite poor and I cant sort from that data. I could go through API:s but I thought I ask first if anyone had done that?Small map that I use. 

Hello! When I click into a topic to edit the text I can’t click between two letters and insert additional characters. The cursor is instead selecting letters and deleting them as I type. Tried a hard refresh to no avail. Help please!

We are trying to ensure that boards can be saved and archived over time so that future students will be able to view past work. Is there a time limitation on any of the boards depending on the account or do they stay up for an unlimited time?

Editing Jira cards with the Edit icon what determines the fields that can be edited and can it be customized?Currently some fields are shown, that we never use, while certain fields we do use cannot be editted not even if we confige them to show on the card.This does not seem logical and I was wondering if Miro reads the fields from some definition in  JIRA.Perhaps somebody can help me out here?

I had two FREE accounts with Miro (one personal and one business).  I recently shared all the boards from my “personal” account (as I couldn’t just share an individual board) with my work colleagues for them to look at.  They accessed it by logging into our FREE ‘business’ account.  Unfortunately, the three boards from my personal account then replaced the three boards that were already there in the business account as you are only allowed a maximum of three boards.  I had expected them to be able to view my personal board without that happening and now important work we had previously created collaboratively in our “business” account has been lost.  Why is this and can that work ever be recovered?  We would love to upgrade to a paid plan and have more than 3 boards but our management won’t give us sign off and are insisting we use Microsoft Whiteboard instead which is woefully inadequate and nowhere near as good as Miro!!  My colleagues are now reluctant to use Miro at all (even the F

Hi!I’m working together with a group of people in Miro. I would like to assign multiple people to 1 card. I think you can only assign 1 person per card now, is that correct?If it is not yet possible to assign multiple people to a card then I would like to see that appear as a function in the (near) future.

Hello guys! I’m having a problem with my MIRO boards. When I invite people to collaborate with me, some of them are allowed to enter as guests (as usual!), but others are asked to login! It doesn’t matter what we do, they can’t acess the boards if they don’t login.This happens especially when people are accessing the board for the second time! Is this happening with someone else or just me? Any tips on what to do? Thanks! 

Hi, When we update Line widgets style through web plugin API, it impacts the read-only bounds/endPosition properties. Hello everybody, i send invitation via API to new member and get error with message: 'User limit exceeded'. It all because there is 0 seats remaining, but when sending invitation from browser, it allows to expand team seats.Is there any possible way to send invitation via API with auto-increasing team size?

Hello I wonder if we have the option to download it and raise a server in our own infrastructure. In other words, install miro and install on our server, instead of using it directly on his server, is this possible?

Is there a way to export the cards on a board? Exporting content to an image or PDF only shows the title, or part of it. Can the card content be downloaded or exported to image or PDF, even from the card view?

Miro is hijacking the shortcuts I typically use to toggle between tabs in my browser on Mac. For instance, if I want to check an email in tab 1, I hit command + 1 expecting to see my inbox but instead the miro board just zooms out to the stratosphere.

I am using the simple timeline template which has a straight line with points, and sticky notes. The template includes 3 points on the line, and I want to:add more points move the points to allow for different spacing between themI have searched various posts and help articles and can’t find out how to make these simple changes. Hi All,Quite new to Miro, but just started a 5 day online workshop using a (fairly elaborate - at least to us) board. One board, multiple frames for different activities. Sticky Notes, Notes, Comments…How to keep track of stuff?  with a view to capture and post-hoc analysis. Stickys are nice and visual, but can you capture the text from them in a download?Notes: this looks like a good candidate for a central comments and reply function: Its not a gratuitously spacial and colourful as Stickys, but you can CAPTURE it…So, I was spending time copying some text on-board Sticky Notes, including any added comments and pasting them into the Notes section (as the participants did not want seem to want to be constrained to the linear notes format). I even took the time to add comments on the Stickys - as comments on Notes, including adding people’s names in @’s etcl And at the end of the day, I downloaded the Notes, only to find that they do not include any comments that were added to Notes…This

Hi all,  I have a miro account with Consultancy license. I worked on one board with my customer on my account.  Now my customer is purchasing their own miro license, and we would like to import our existing board to their new workspace.  I know the export feature producing an rtb file, and was wondering if I can use it for this purpose. So, can I import an rtb in any miro account (having the backup/restore feature), or only on the original account where it came from?  Thanks for any input,  Wiebke
