Dear fellow Mironeers,

 

we are an educational institution and have been working intensively with Miro since the pandemic. Since we have accumulated a number of accounts and projects, we are in the process of restructuring. We have the following question: is there a possibility to transfer complete accounts or projects to another account? Or must each board be moved individually?

I’m not aware of any batch method for migrating boards or the projects they live in. Projects can’t be backed up and restored so you’d likely need to recreate the projects in the destination accounts and then restore backups of the boards.
