Problem with viewing the dashboard

Hello,

I have created a board and we used it succesfully with client and coworkers.

The problem appeared then the client forwarded the board link with her coworker. After she clicks it she sees what’s attached (a table with texts and links from the dashboard). She can’t see the board with the graphics. How can we fix this? We all use free Miro.

Please help!

How is the co-worker accessing the link? Which browser is she using - is it one of the one’s on Miro’s approved browser list here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572814-Supported-browsers ?

@Zuza Szok - That screenshot you have attached is an Apple Numbers spreadsheet (see below).

Your client likely forwarded the wrong link.
