We have to pass coordinates while creating the widget. Is there any way to do it easier? Miro Provide any solution for automatically creating or organizing boards based on data?

Is there a way to select multiple text boxes and then make them all the same width and text size?

I’m a group new to Miro. We have a board where several people have been adding and moving stickies. All of the sudden we can’t move or add objects. Yes, cursor is in select mode (arrow, not hand). I’ve right-clicked in a blank area and selected unlock all, but the response is there are no items to unlock. There are no frames. In my case I’m using FireFox browser. I tried setting the navigation mode to mouse, but still no joy. It was working fine with FF and not having set the navigation mode. Also in my case, stickies and other objects are locked. What do I look for?  Never mind. I refreshed the page and now I see the that we’ve exceeded the free limits:  

I’ve been working extensively with templates over the last week - I’ve created ~40 custom templates so far for our class exercises and love the feature. I have two questions: What controls the behavior of the context menu (e.g. Edit & Delete) in the template picker as it seems to be appearing inconsistently? Is there any way to access the template picker directly from the main Board menu without having to either be in a board OR be saving a new template? Thanks! Kiron

New Miro user - apologies if I’m missed something obvious, I did search. I’d like to be able to have a Gantt chart and Kanban or some sort of sticky note view of the same data.  The idea being that we can manipulate either view and the other will be up-to-date.  I’m trying to develop a prioritized roadmap in a workshop.  Usually, we use a sticky note style view to set the projects on a relative start date and priority (upper left is near and high priority, lower right is far out and low priority).  What I’d like is for that data to populate a Gannt chart (and vice versa) and be able to dynamically switch representations.In my really ideal world, I’d tie dollars to each project and the gantt chart could have a few formulae that would then keep the cost by fiscal year up-to-date.How much of this can I do in miro?  It seems like the gsheet integration is just embedding a gsheet and not tying to any data but maybe I’m missing something.   Thank you for your help.Jon

Is it possible to have multiple different sets of sticky note tags in a single board?I’d like to do two different workshop activities using stickies and labeling (with different labels) on different frames on the same board. Let’s say Activity A has tags X, Y, and Z and Activity B has tags 1, 2, 3. But, it appears that once created, any tags created on a single sticky note in a board then appear on all future sticky notes created on the same board. 

Hi,I attempted to remove my credit card details from Miro to prevent any future payments being taken unexpectedly (as it is my personal credit card).In switching to invoice, my team has automatically been upgraded to 10 people, and an invoice generated for $769.48 ($960 - $190.52 for time remaining after the payment of $192 made for a year).    I now know that it is because 10 people is the minimum for invoicing (that is really clear after you’ve switched and you can’t change back!)  There was no clear message explaining what was about to happen, I didn’t intend to request 8 additional people, and I want to return to the previous state:  $192 for 2 people (or to be precise it is $190.52 for the remaining term)I am finding it extremely difficult to have a conversation with anyone from Miro!  I’ve emailed their billing address and created a ticket, but who knows what will happen next.  Reading the updates on this board, it’s likely I won’t be responded to - can anyone help me speak to th

hi there, is there anyone who can help me to find the attention managemnt icon? i can't see my owner icon next to the share button anymore, nor those of the collaborators. i have a team plan and i do not know how to make the icons visible again?  

Hi, I am a student on  Miro free plan.Problem with my free plan. Board 1: My professor invited me to edit on her board and was granted access as editor. Board 2: In addition, from the same institution, I was granted access, as editor, to another board. . Board 3: I created my own board and have spent days and days creating persona, information architecture, and invited a ideation team to join. It was created (some how) under the name of the same institution (which l thought was my own personal board as owner).  I wanted to create another personal board, but was informed l had reached my limit of 3 boards.. Trying to delete board 1 and 2, l was informed that all my 3 boards will be deleted. I only wanted to delete from my institution and (not my own board). I cannot create a 4th board to copy my personal board (board 3) so as to delete board 1 and 2.  l cannot delete boards 1 and 2 without deleting all my work in board 3 (my personal board under the name of the institution).  It’s impos

Hi,We are testing Jira cards feature in our Miro enterprise plan account and Noticed below issue.Scenario:I am trying to import a Jira card into Miro board using the option Copy the url and paste it on the board.When I copied the url from Edge browser and paste it on Miro board it is added as normal url instead of Jira card.If copy the same url from Chrome browser and paste it on Miro board it is imported a Jira card. Did anyone noticed the same issue?  Edge version : Version 93.0.961.47 (Official build) (64-bit) Regards,Pramod M

Hi, When I click to edit text within a shape the cursor ‘locks’ and grabs the board when I move the mouse I’ve checked the navigation mode and all seems fine. This was not occurring yesterday when doing the same thing. I have also tested a secondary mouse and the same occurs Any thoughts?

Recently, when I’m typing in a sticky note or shape and I move my mouse, the entire screen/canvas moves along with my mouse.  It only happens some of the time, and only after I double-click into the object to type/edit text.  Do others have this experience?  It makes it difficult to stop typing/deselect the item since the whole screen is moving around.

The board I made and I can’t access on. When I use PC version, it’s ok to open it; but when I use the app on Ipad, it keeps popping up a screen like the below picture. How can I fix it? 

Hello! Please help me to solve the problem.Every time I put a sticker, text, a picture etc. on the board, it swithes to selection mode (?). I mean erlier I could put an object on the board and immediately start moving around the board using the left button of my mouse.Now every time I put an object on the board the left button of the mouse became “select”. And I can move around the board using the right button of the mouse only.It’s uncomfortable to switch “select” off every time. How can I remove this function?

 I’d like to make the best use of my new 4K external display but if I increase the browser window size above a certain limit, the Miro board responsiveness drops from “smooth as a baby butt” to a “slideshow” - extremely sluggish, lagging and delayed. Here’s a video demonstrating it:https://uloz.to/file/orpq9YGU105u/sluggish-miro-on-a-4k-display-mov How to replicate:Open a Miro board in Safari on a 4K+ external monitor. Make the browser window small, check how smooth it feels. We have the Business package, and we added a full user (previously a trial member).  Said user cannot use the edit icon on a Jira Card, and gets the error message “Connection is initializing”. He does have jira access/license, but this happens regardless. He can use the Source button to open it in a new tab, but that will not be useful for our stakeholders that do not have and do not need Jira licensing.We need all users to be able to edit/view the details of the cards.Thank you. :)

When I am trying to share my Miro Board with team, it is not allowing me to share and coming with error - This board can’t be shared with email domains outside of your allowlist. To share boards with them, ask your company administrator to add their domain to your allowed domains. Under same project, they are already using another board but I am not able to share new board from same project to those users.

Hello,I was using miro in the past with my student mail in the free tier mostly by using other peoples teams but now I wanted to use my own team for all of my personal student work with the education plan.Before I applied for the education plan I accidentally deleted my free team and had to leave all the other teams to get the prompt for the free team. Then I applied with the same mail and got approved for the education plan, but my free team did not change plan. At this moment this is also my only team my account is part of. 

I have two boards. And I cannot copy content from one to the other. The app or browser reloads and the content is lost.Whiteboard copying permissions set.What could be the problem? Is it really necessary to redraw everything every time now?

How do I recover an account created with my corporate email address? My consultant contract has been terminated and I no longer am able to access my account nor my boards. I also had a full year of subscription paid and would like to change the email address to my personal email address to continue using what I paid for. 

It used to be possible to add connection lines from a group of objects and that seems to missing now with the update made to creating diagrams. As an example I have been using this UML Diagram template which has groups of squares and it’s useless now that I can’t create connection lines from grouped objects.

I’d like to be able to take Google Sheet cells and create sticky notes in Miro.  I;ve seen it done with a manual cop-and-paste, but I’d like to automate it so I can do it with several Sheet ranges.I’m wondering if Zapier, the API or some other solution is the way to go.If the API is the way to go, are there examples of using the Javascript built into Google Sheets?  

Hi, I'm signed up on the free plan and have created one board that is editable.  When I try to create another it locks the first board and says I’ve used my editable board limit.  I thought I could edit three boards under the free plan.  Has anyone else has this happen to them and does anyone know how to fix it?Gavin :)
