This seems like such a simple question, but I’m not finding a simple answer.  I don’t want to use presentation view. I do want to seamlessly move from one frame to the next. Gabbing and dragging the board doesn’t create a smooth transition. The best I have been able to do is use the arrows on the keyboard, which slowly moves the board to the next frame.  I know there must be an easier way - help?

Hi I have added an existing template to a board, but I am now unable to delete it.  I have followed other instructions which suggests unlocking all, which I have done, but I am still unable to delete it.See below for message I get when I unlock all and try to delete the frame in green beneath it.  HELP?!

Hi there, i was trying to save rev 1 of the miro board (previously it was renamed as rev 0) using my ipad pro.  I encountered a glitch where it could not be saved and it is only possible when i closed the app and reopened it again.  Is this a common bug? 

Hello,I wish to create 2 jira tasks in Miro and link the both tasks. I can able to create the jira tickets but not sure whether linking is possible.It will be great if linking is possible.

Бесплатный тариф предполагает возможность использовать только 3.Вопрос: как показать miro, какие именно доски мне нужны? Как заблочить/перенести в архив ненужные и разблочить/активировать нужные?Сейчас miro сделал доступными доски по своему усмотрению. И это не то, что мне нужно( Спасибо за ваш ответ!

Hi, we tried 9 different debit and credit cards. Miro always gives the error “insufficient permissions”.We need urgently access to our micro files.   

I have one board (Board A) where a left-longclick (left click and hold) selects items and a right-longclick moves the board. I believe this is a newer navigation behaviour. (“V” will change the icon from arrow to hand, and the hand always moves the board.)I have another board (Board where a left-longclick moves the board and you have to press Shift to select. Both selecting and moving use the left button. The right button is only for context menu and a right-longclick does nothing. (“V” behaves the same here.) I believe this was original navigation. I would like to have all of my boards function like Board A, but I cannot find a setting for that. If so, it’s not in the navigation mode menu?And why do my boards behave differently to begin with? 

Why is "save as PDF" and "save as image" not clickable? How can I save my concept map?Neither option is available. Is this because I'm using a free account?

Hi,I wanted to ask if it’s possible to remove the password from a user account, as soon as logging in via google or slack is activated? Users which logged in via service from the beginning do not have a password. I’d like to reach this with existing basicauth users as well. Thanks a lot in advance - BR 

I am starting this post to share some information with anyone who cannot login to the Miro Community forum due to the following error message: I first noticed this the night of Tue, Jan 18, 2022, when trying to login to the Community forum from my Android 11 device using Chrome - however, someone else has noted this was not working from Windows 10 using Chrome.I believe the issue is something to do with Miro users who login using their Google Account/SSO.The fix that worked for meSharing the steps that worked for me:I went to www.miro.com  and logged out by clicking on my avatar and then Log out: I then signed back in using the Sign in with Google option. Then I went back to community.miro.com and was able to sign in using the Login action.I will create a Miro support ticket and update this post with what they tell me.If you are unable to login to the forum, please reply here to let us know (… that was a test - how can you reply if you can’t login ).

Is there a way to manage without using 1 of the 5 licenses? So we would have 5 licenses for the 5 basic end users?I was told By support.“At the moment there is no technical possibility to be an Admin without occupying any license. Even if an Admin doesn't use any Miro board”

How do I crop the “Cover” picture in my Project? I’ve resized the picture but it still looks like this.

I use MS Edge as my work platform, but work at home on Linux, using Firefox.  Any boards created in Edge will not display on the home PC in Firefox. The board is listed in the dashboard, and the screen opens, but nothing is displayed.

Anyone know if web page captures are meant to update themselves automatically when the target webpage is updated? The fact that there’s an ‘Update’ button in the contextual menu made me think not, but some just have and it’s causing me problems!I was using a Miro board to review web content and I definitely didn’t click that update button, but some of the captures have updated anyway and now the stickies and underlines and highlights no longer match up to the content  

Hello All,I have an issue with the cells resize feature.I typically use tables and a combination of different shapes. I select the cell resize MANUAL setting and I use the CTRL key to resize when necessary; however once this is done I cannot change that cell anymore (hence column and row) even if I remove the cell. I would need the flexibility of doing so.Can you help?Thanks  alot

I am looking for someone who can take a data list from Excel and then automatically create and populate a tag in Miro similar to what I have attached below. Note the attached files. One is a sample of the excel data and the other is a sample of the Tag to be generated in Miro.Each row in excel would be a new tag in Miro Each column in excel would be data inserted into the Miro tag The background color of each Miro Tag is a unique color assigned to the miro user who is creating the tag - there would have to be a lookup table for this. Hello,I held a workshop today and used the “Brainwriting” template. However, I added more columns and removed some rows.I created four identical layouts with 8 columns and 4 rows. Then I added frames around them to be able to hide the layouts we hadn’t worked on yet.However, when the participants joined, as soon as someone clicked in their sticky note, the whole layout greyed out and no one could write in their sticky note. Instead we had to add new sticky notes on top of the ones I had already placed there.I tried to unlock the frames with no luck.Does anyone know why? We are on the Enterprise plan.

I’ve been trying to make a copy of the Participant Onboarding Playground template for over an hour. It continues to have the error ‘something went wrong’, no matter what browser I use. Please advise! I have an education account. 

How do I prevent longer text from wrapping?This particularly annoying if you design shapes with texts consistently to a certain size and use consistently the same font size, only to realize later that the font size needs to be reduced because of the text warp.In some cases, when the words are particularly long, font size needs to be reduced by 2+ points making the text too small for the shape size. Then one one must resize all shapes, if one aims for consistent sized across the whole frame, for example. And this resizing is particularly tedious...

We have now formed a new Company wide Team, and wanted to know how we would migrate the board/s & content from Personal account to our Company Miro account? Many thanks, M.

Hello. I have a problem with board's permission on a free plan. I had 2 boards created by me and one board where I was editor. My teammate make me editor for his board. After that I lost edit opportunity for one of my own board (because on free plan I can't be an editon on 4 boards in same time). After leaving that board I still cant edit my board although I'm it's owner.What can I do to return edit permission except to buy a paid plan?
