Help! I have been charged for a bigger team

I have a small communications and PR agency in which I’m using Miro to organize idea for several campaings and messages. I bought the 2 licenses fee a couple of weeks ago, but last week Miro charged me for 5 members, since I have 3 other people in one Miro. It was an accident though and I will not be using these 3 other members spaces. 


Can someone help me to understand how to gain my credit back?
