When I was first introduced to the Agile world, I had yet to learn what the Agile manifesto was about. Slowly and steadily, I started learning more and more about how “Being Agile” and “Doing Agile” are equally important.  I am part of the Miro Solutions Engineering team based in Sydney, and some of the way we “Do Agile” within our Global Solutions Engineering team is by making use of 1) Retro templates (sync and async way) - to ensure we are constantly improving and getting feedback from all across the globe.2) OKR templates to make our Objective and Key Result Visible for our team and wider Miro Org.3) Miro-Jira integration by making work visible for our internal SE team within Miro, effective collaboration/feedback and also tracking within Jira.4) Making use of an exciting new capability which will be revealed/public beta in our upcoming Distributed ’22 for talking through the content and ideas for our geographically distributed team. Are there any plans to add functionality for custom keyboard hotkeys, for example, to pick different coloured pens by pressing different buttons?

Does anyone know if such possibility already exists?Sometimes, want to duplicate sticky notes while keeping the sticky note content the same, however, changing a copy will not update the original. I propose a “Synchronised Copy ” feature, which will preserve all attributes (color, tags etc) from a sticky note when pasting, so that there will always be 2 or more instances of the same sticky notes.Synchronised sticky notes must have a small icon to indicate that updating this sticky note will update the same sticky note somewhere else on the canvas. I made a mistake, by posting this to the community. However, before adding this as an Idea.

Guests cannot choose their nicknames, this generates difficulties for the animators. As soon as the user logs in, it would be great to give him the choice to enter his nickname.

Hello team, I was doing some research to check if there is any possibility of getting activity/audit logs for users who are part of the organization. So far I couldn’t find any.Do you have such an option? Even in a paid subscription? Apart from the activity logs which show changes to a board.Also, what is the log retention for the Activity Logs (for the ones in the board changes)?Best regards,Gabriela

Hi guys, I uploaded a file from Dropbox using the upload tool in Miro and it is updating but the second and third files I uploaded are not updating ! I tried almost everything, uninstalled Dropbox and install again. Replace the files in Dropbox folder but it’s not working

My and my students’ cursor started leaving a trail on my and my students’ boards last Wednesday (Dec 21). I’ve found the same problem in one topic (https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/resolved-glitch-on-miro-board-where-the-cursor-trails-are-repeating-7309), the problem was fixed by Miro team that time. Please help me fix this :)

Hello team!I am heavy user of Miro (Education plan given by school) ! I create a lots of notes, files even CV, and I would like to keep using / editing the file after graduation.However school’s email account will expire after graduate. I shared all the file with private gmail account just be safe (free plan). But I am not sure, what will happen after my main school account expired.Is there anyone know how can I keep using? How should I avoid loosing all my files? Thanks!

I saw a Retrospective and it was a template that had a slide or page full of different movies with some really good questions to reflect back on. When I tapped to save it, the site pulled up something completely different and when I went back to try and find it it’s completely gone. Was anyone able to capture that, that could possibly share it with me?Also, any ideas on why it may have been removed? I was thinking maybe copyrights but that seems like a stretch.

Hi! After using the wireframe library and clicking on the close button - the Miro board leaves this trail on the left side - which reduces my screen real estate.

My friend and I have a Miro board for our brainstorming sessions. One of our panels has hundreds of images in it and we dont always need to refer to it. However, every time we start Miro we have to wait for all these hundreds of images to load up and it may be the case that we dont even want to talk about that in this session. A collapsible box which contained all the images would be super helpful, where if we want to open it and load all the images we can, but if not, it stays closed. is this feature already in Miro or should this question be in the requests list? (or is there another workaround maybe?)Many thanks,J

HelloI have deleted a user and he is not more part of team but some how he created one miro board and now our other one board ( out of three) is view only mode and we cannot edit it? Even though Now i Deleted the user i still see that board and creating problem to us.Please help

HiI upload 10s of images per hour to Miro, some I can drag and drop or ctlr+v paste inbut how about a hotkey for the upload button please?whilst we are at it, could do with hotkeys for align tools, everything really, I spend half of each working day in Miro and need power user hotkeys please thanksTom

Hi there,various aspects like ‘what does text size 14 mean on the board?’ are dependent on the zoom level of the board when you placed a new shape containing the text. If you did oversight that you changed the zoom level before placing the next shape you end up with e.g. two shapes that both have text size 14 but the text is of different size. Since bold and non-bold is also affected by this it can be quite annoying.Is there a recommended way or even an undocumented trick that a missed to harmonize that later on - to align scale and resolution of each shape?Any hint is very much appreciated.

Hi community! As the title says, I have created many custom templates for my organization but it seems that I am the onliest person who can edit them no matter my team mates roles.I would like to know if I am doing something wrong or it’s the expected behaviour right now. If that’s the case, how do you handle it? Do you have a shared company account from templates creating, editing…? Greetings,Nacho.

Currently when you present a miro board (strategy / infrastructure / campaign visuals) you usually have to move around quite a bit the complexer it gets. Maybe even open multiple tabs for different miro boards - there is a “presentation mode” for jumping from frame to frame which gives you some leverage but overall it is static.  Anchor links would let presenters reach a new level of focus by jumping immediately to the frame they want to emphasize on. There are quite a few other benefits to this small feature addition which I think is worth the work.Please add anchor links to miro current hyperlinks! This would be amazing

I hadn’t created an account yet but I was using a board and then it got locked, and it presented to me a button that said : Sign up for free to unlock it.So I clicked on it, and created a free account and it didn’t unlock it. I refreshed the page and it didn’t work, and when I looked at my boards the locked one wasn’t there, so I don’t know what to do.

Hello!The company has two boards, one is free and the other is paid.I need to remove the free one and leave only the paid one.But the problem is that the admin of the free board is not me, but a former colleague who no longer works with us.Tell me what can I do in this case?
