I couldn't log into my account because I have changed jobs, therefore my sign in email has changed and I forgot my password.

If this was a company account (e.g. Starter, Consultant), you may need to contact the Miro Team Admin from your old company to help with this. However, since you have left the company, they may not be willing to provide you with access for security reasons if there were other boards other than yours which you had access to.
