Change personal email of team member to his work email.

Hi,
I’m the admistrator of my company Miro team, 
I have to colleagues that became part of our team using their personal email address, they have persnal data and boards in there.
I would like to change their personal email to their company email without them losing any data they may have.
Can someone give me some advice on such way to do this work?
