We have changed our company domain and wish to update all current emails from a .space to a .com address. Can we push this across the board for all team members still using a .space email login without causing account or login change / duplication / deletion issues? Would be great for all team members to simply receive an automatic prompt that the address has been changed, even if they have to login once with their new email address, including for those with a Microsoft 365 single sign on. Thanks  

Hi everyone, I’m running a MacBook Pro M1 and am pretty annoyed by Miro trying to tell me how to write my stuff on the board, especially when it changes words that are meant to be like I put them. Do you know whether I can disable autocorrect in Miro? Thank you already!Stefan

Am unable to "align / auto layout" images, shapes, connector lines which are manually linked with Nodes / siblings. Currently will have to do manually which is time consuming."Select all - Auto align" feature to be available by default for all the boards & templates. This will be a user friendly feature.MIRO not providing "offline" is a major hiccup. Adding to that, non availability of the above mentioned feature makes using MIRO difficult.

Hello Miro Support,  It’s my understanding that we are unable to “lock” sticky notes (post-it notes) in the org chart visual, which is concerning to me as I start to use Miro. I’m wondering if this is on the roadmap for the near future. I’m needing to add and remove sticky notes often, but whenever I edit the org chart (ie: add another group or name), the sticky notes stay where they are and I have to move multiple sticky notes every time.  Please let me know if there is a plan for this or if you have any suggestions.  Thank you,Krista

Hello everyone!I know this question has been asked many times before, but the answers I’ve managed to find so far don’t seem clear enough. I have a free account now (I use it for teaching) and I would like to upgrade my plan in order to create more boards, since 3 clearly isn’t enough. When choosing the right plan, I found out that all of my students are currently full-scale members of my board and not just guests or visitors, but as far as I understand I’d better exclude them from the board before upgrading if I don’t want to pay a huge sum of money every month… The question is:What plan should I choose if I want to have several boards, each having another person (i.e. student) than me as a guest editor? I don’t need students to have access to any other boards than the one I use with them, but I need them to be able to add files, move objects on the board etc. Can I choose for example the Business plan with only one member (i.e. me) so that a more or less infinite number of guests cou

Anyone else getting this error this morning? Is it just me? 

its very annoying that I can’t upload thumbnails for the whole team to use, or choose to have thumbnails default automatically to an uploaded thumbnail. I seem to have to go in and manually upload the image to each board in a project every single time...

Earlier this week i lost 3 boards that my team and i have been using for the past 17 months. i have read the blogs on how to recover lost boards but our free plan stood no chance.If there’s anyone out there that can help these are some of the board links  

I have 3 boards with a number of formatted tables designed to move shapes in and out of them to designate production processes. My problem right now is that the font in some of the cells resets every time I close and load the board again. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.This is what it looks like normally. This is what happens when I close Chrome and open it again.If it is relevant, the issue fixes itself when I double click on any cell in the table, set the font size, or otherwise interact with the table. Thanks,Jason D

Hello! Does anyone have any good boards for any 1L classes? If not any tips on creating boards for law school classes to study for exams? Useful features 

I have a table with lists in its cells that the text appear smaller than it should. If you click to edit the text it will turn normal but after exit the cell they return to be small. If I enter a new item in the list before exit the cell, the size will be normal. What can I make to soulve my problem?*Only the text of the itens of the list will be smaller, if the cell has text and a list, the text is not afectedThe same info in both cells. Left one with the bug, and the right one after insert a new item, excluding it and exit the cell. 

Hello community of bright people who are much more programmatically competent than me.Is it possible to have a HUD of the filepath for different Miro boards and projects on the left side of the iOS app? Is that something that could be an extension? 

Hi, I am on a consultant plan, and noticed this morning that the version’s tab in history has disappeared. How can i get it back? as i need to restore a previous version to compare changes… any ideas? thanks

I have created a mind map, I want to add in more options e.g where it says daily you tube posting another option above this, when I try to do this it selects the whole branch of that mind map and does not allow me to add  into it . Can anyone direct me on how to resolve this issue please? 

Screen grab of slide showing Frame Title in full screen mode  Hello! I have noticed a minor irritation when presenting using the new Interactive Presentation mode in my educator account. I typically use Miro for presenting my slides, screen sharing through whatever meeting platform I’m on (Zoom, Teams, etc). When I enter presentation mode, full screen no longer maximizes my frames (as slide) with a clean, black background and no toolbars (which I prefer). Now it shows the Miro grey background and, annoyingly, the frame title (as shown above). Is there any way to access the earlier version of presentation mode, where entering full screen shows only the frame on a black background, with no toolbars or frame titles? Am I missing something obvious? 

Hey all! This is my first topic post in the community so please be nice! I just wanted to start some chat around images. I use them alot in Miro and sometimes they’re full size screenshots of web pages that I’m auditing from a UX perspective. I’m having some issues around the size of the Miro board due to the large images making it very SLOWWWWW. Does anyone know of a automation with something like Zapier. I’m thinking something like Bamboo/Tiny PNG? 

I’m an editor on a board with an enterprise account. I can’t get the “present” button to show on the board in the upper right. How can I restore the ability to present frames?  

I’m using Miro app on a  Windows computer.I create links on different Miro objects in Miro boards.When I click on the object a new Miro app opens as a default browser to the link (i.e. some company sharepoint). I don’t want the Miro app for this, I want my standard browser to open the link

Hi,What is the functionality that i am looking for ?When https://webwhiteboard.com/ is visited, the board that opens is unregistered miro board, but when the window is closed and when opened again the same board is shown again (the miro board is reused / the miro board is remembered), how to achieve this functionality using miro board picker (live embed) ?Current functionality is: When ever the board picker is triggered, clicking on create board (unregistered) will always open a new miro board. What i have already tried: Create a new miro board with a new jwt token , store this jwt token.Now when opening a board picker again , pass in the same function that returns the same jwt token created earlier. But this also creates a new miro board . What can i do to actually reuse the same unregistered miro board ?Also,how to get the data of which board (unregistered / registered board) the user selected from the board picker? (looking get this response in board picker success response, As ther

Lately, the dashboard shows the boards as modified by the last user that has opened the board, and not  by the user that really lastly modified the board. Why is that so? It is really annoying to see all board “modified” even if there is nothing changed. Is there a way to change this new behavior?

Why the Miro is Hanging suddenly and there is issue with Rotating the Objects 

HelloI'm Biginer who just started playing miroI've uploaded several gifs, and it's very frequent that gifs don't work properly.What is the reason for this?If you put one up, if you put several up, this phenomenon is still happening.I thought it would take a long time to load because of the capacity of the image, but even if I wait a long time, this problem won't be solved.If I keep refreshing the web page, it just happens to run properly, which is very uncomfortable.Is this problem related to subscription services?I don't think so, but I don't know why.Please help meThank you.

Since a few months ago something odd is happening to me and it’s really ruining my Miro experience. As the title - nowadays when I click off something onto another object it acts as if I’ve pressed shift and group selected them both. I have to press Esc and then select something else and it’s super annoying! Any ideas? And I don’t have a sticky shift key btw!
