Sketch plugin not working

When I try to export my artboard from Sketch to a Miro board using the plugin by Miro, I’ve been having the same problem for around 3 weeks. It never pass from the loading stage... I have no idea why that is happening now, and the plugin was working pretty good before that time. I need help with how to solve the problem. Perhaps someone can help me understand if I’m doing something wrong? I will be grateful for any help, thanks. 

P.S.: I deleted and reinstalled the app and plugin multiple times, my computer is up to date, I did all the troubleshooting available on the plugin description page… Unfortunately nothing worked so far...
