Hello! I’ve been using Miro for years and love it. However 2 weeks ago I’ve started to encounter an issue with my file name getting messed up when exporting my board as a PDF.In the past, the exported file name would be identical to the board name. It was easy. However now, the file name gets morphed with extra characters. It appears that any space in the board name now becomes “%20” in the file name. This is a real nuisance because I need to now rename every board I export (which I need to do almost daily). For example:If I name a board: AB - September 14, 2023The exported pdf file name now becomes: AB%20-%20September%2014%2C%202023 Please advise! What can I do to fix this?

I am new to Miro, and interested in jumping in as soon as I can!For those of you who used to create “push” presentations in Powerpoint-- What do you like better about using Miro? How do you think differently about presentations now with Miro vs with PowerPoint? How does Miro work when teaching/presenting to an audience of more than 100? What can you do better with Miro, and what do you try to avoid? If you had one or two things to advise a strong PowerPoint user about moving to Miro, what would they be? Do you have a Miro board that you could share, that you would call your “greatest work in Miro” or your Masterpiece? Hi there, I started with Miro boards which I use for online teaching about two years  ago, when the only option for a single user was to get a two-person membership for USD 20 a month. I¨ve since then tried to find somebody willing to share the subcription with me with no success, only to discover today that for I don’t for how long now, there must have been a shift in the pricing and the Starter pack costs only USD10 monthly! Naturally, I’m quite upset given how much extra it’d cost me over the time, however that’s not the main point… I would like to change the plan now, but I’m scarred that I might lose all of my boards, which would be a small disaster in my world...😄Can somebody please help me??Thank you! We run workshops and trainings, usually with about 100 frames/exercises. For every class/workshop, these are copied from a template and there’s usually some manual tweaking to be done by the trainer. I set out to write a simple tool that would unlock & unhide all frames, let the trainer make some tweaks, and then run the tool again to lock (in place) and hide (to prevent peaking ahead) all frames.I was surprised that frames are readonly. Is there any workaround to this issue of having to click at least 200 times (lock, hide) to get ready to run a workshop?

Hi there! I signed up (three times!) for the What’s New webinar that I believe is occurring right now. However, I never got an actual calendar link, and I can’t find where the webinar is hosted. Please advise! 

Having tasks and subtasks be part of a roadmap or workflow would be amazing, and I don’t want to be stuck with standard ticket shapes- they should be process shapes, or delay, or manual input required or decisions etc.  Being able to choose in Miro what shape the task is would be amazing.

I want to be able to see sub-task data in Miro.  Ideally I can toggle permanent view of subtasks, or make it expandable, and I can choose in either the task management tool OR Miro which properties are displayed in the tasks.

Hi there Miro There is a bug with text boxes. I create a text box.  I delete the placeholder content.  I type the number 3.The control handles for the text box cannot be reduced or collapsed and appear to be a fixed size.  I have tried deleting the board and starting a new one. In the video, I am trying to collapse the text box so that it only shows the 3 with no whitespace to its right.   The text box does not allow me to collapse it at all. I did install two randomiser apps; which I have removed - one generated text box die numbers -- perhaps this is the cause? Regardless, whatever I do; it will not allow me to collapse the anchor points on a text box Video (Imgur)https://imgur.com/GJhUoLk Any further assistance on this, would be great. Thanks 

Working away quite happily and then the formatting toolbar doesn’t show up , I can’t set Bold Type, or Change the Font of Font Size, It came back this morning for a few minutes, then after a short break, I came back to carry on editing and ! No Show!, I’m not talking about the Sidebar, the popup bar!I’m a fully licensed user, with Owner rights to the Miro Page, but still no joy?Any ideas?

I thought I saw in the initial video promoting Miro that you can free hand write letters/words  on the screen of a tablet (for example), and Miro will automatically change them into proper typed letters.  Is this a feature of Miro and if so, how do you activate it? Thanks for any help you can provide!

I am getting Internal Error popup when converting to Jira issue on a board that used to work before. Also not able to pull cards out either. The issue is only showing in this miro board at this time.Even though there is an internal error the issue is still being created in Jira, but not transformed into a Jira card and not linked.We have several people using the integration and are entering our Q planning period and is crucial that it works. What could the problem be? Duplicating the board allows me to use the Jira cards as it should, but not in the specific board. Is there some limit to how many Jira cards we can create per board? Any settings that I may need to change? 

Miro IconFinder does not show icons in the view tab unless we drag it and bring to the frame. A lot of people are experiencing that in our organization  

We would like to have the option to build a mind map with several constraints on it to impose a structed repetitive order.Is it possible to create one from scratch?

Is it possible to upgrade Miro to the Starter version for only some of the team members, while the other team members could still continue using the Free version with reduced functionalities? Or do I have to buy the Starter seat to all of the team members?

Hey! Is it possible start a duplication process for a board / template, through the click on a button? We are giving training, where participants get access to a set of premade templates in Miro. I would love to list those templates on the course dashboard and give participants the opportunity to quickly duplicate the board to their accounts. Is this possible by setting some parameters in the URL?

Hello.I would like to ask: is it possible to use mirotone to change the position or visibility of the context menu panels or the toolbar? For example, when you click on a widget, a context menu appears (Fig. 1). Is it possible to hide it using mirotone? Or make the toolbar background red, as shown in Figure 2?In other words, does mirotone have access to the miro interface or does it only work in the iframe of my application?

I prefer to work in the web browser form of miro. The problem I’m having is that every single time I load a board miro prompts me to ask if I want to use the app - and I can’t access the board until I have cancelled this question, over & over & over...Is there a preference to set that will allow me to skip this step?

 Can’t login to my account from various browsers and desktop appI guess for Miro product managers that is not that important, because they are focusing on some groundbeaking featuring like background color change, or picture on loading screen, but I hope that issue will make a cut on a next grooming session…

I created a program board, which is very useful and frindly.Im missing the sum of points per sprint, which forces me to manage this in JIRA anyways, and so making this board redundant :(The dates for the sprint are automatically added, Can i configure the view to show the sum of points?Anything that im missing?
