We’ve been using Jira Cards (Aplication Link) with Jira for quite some time. And previously we had all Jira Card statuses colored as in Jira (green, blue, etc.). Now all card statuses are gray.
No issues with creating new cards or editing/deleting existing, just no colors on cards.
Reconnected all teams (removed WebHooks and connected, with “automatic” option, from every team again, ending up with new Hooks in Jira). But no luch yet.

I had the same problem recently. Please can you update here if there is any solution to fix this?
We are experiencing the same issue right now for a few days already. We would be also really happy for any resolution. The issue persists in both browser (Chrome) and desktop app (Windows).
