I am using the REST API to retrieve all app cards with a certain tag. I first retrieve the tags using the method Get tags from board which retrieves my tags with their IDs. I get all the tags properly. Now when using the endpoint Get items by tag I enter the board id and the tag id. For certain tags I created I get all the items. But for some tags I just get the following response:{ "type": "error", "code": "3.0201", "context": { "boardId": { "value": "MY BOARD ID" //Of course this is not an actual board id } }, "message": "Item not found", "status": 404}Has someone experienced similar issues? Yesterday the request worked for some tags it doesn´t work for today. How on earth does it work on some tags on that exact same board and on some it doesn´t?

My organization is using the Jira v9.4.9 (cloud) and for last few days we are not able to create or update Jira tickets in the Miro board. This feature was working perfectly last week. 

Hi. New to Miro and loving it so far. One question I have is, is it possible to design a master frame, similar to how you can design a master slide in google slides, etc. I like creating presentations in Miro and would benefit from designing some basic templates in frames.  Possible? Thanks.

I use the Kanban template really heavily for my daily to-do lists. One of the features I’d love to be able to put on it is repeating/recurring tasks (like quarterly, yearly, monthly tasks), where it shows up in one stream (backlog), I move it to done for the month, and then it reappears in the backlog with a new ‘due date’. Or open to other thoughts and solutions for how others have maybe incorporated recurring tasks into Miro templates, if a Kanban structure really wouldn't be suitable!

I tried the Figma plugin today synching Figma pages into a Miro board as SVG. When I triggered a sync within Figma the linked objects in Miro retained their position but resized to it’s originally imported size. In my experience it made the entire feature completely unusable.Are others experiencing this? Is it an expected behaviour? 

I am developing an app that will be an integration for our CMS system (Gridly), and I would like to restrict a part of the app by the user role in the opened board.I searched, but I can’t find any call that could give me the current user role in the Board.

We created a board with many images on it.In a workshop, where 60+ people joint the board, those 60+ people all couldn´t see the uploaded images whilest the 3 people who prepared the board still could see the images.After a while some of those 60+ people refreshed their page and after that could see the uploaded images.What’s the reason behind this issue and how can we solve this for our upcoming workhsop with the same board design and more than 70 people on it? 

Hi,I just started with my new company and while Miro works fine in the browser, the Windows (10, 64-bit) app get’s stuck with this basically blank screen: I can’t see any error messages etc. Behavior is the same with VPN on and off…  Does anybody have an idea where to start looking? Thank you and best regards,Thomas  

I’ve tried to install this and everything is blank, I simply have a tab titled “Boards”. How do I fix this?  

I read that it’s possible to restore a deleted free-tier board with its URL, but as I don’t have the URL, I was wondering, when is a deleted board completely deleted from Miro?

Trying to build a swimlane diagram, and every time I add a box (by clicking the blue circle next to an existing one), the next box is automatically created as smaller and with smaller text to boot, it’s really annoying.What’s the setting to avoid this from happening?

I’m new to Miro and wondering if it’s a useful tool when tracking bills as they move through the legislative process. If so, which templates / tools do you use? Thanks!

I'm trying to configure the use of splunk with Miro but I'm not an admin. Someone else configured and indexed it but it is not bringing any results. The configuration was not done in my Splunk user.Does the configuration work in a shared way or does it have to be done individually for each account? I didn't find anything about it.

I use a Miro board for my training that I share with my participants.Today some of them experience in the browser (e.g. in Edge, TOR, Firefox) that the Miro board does not load completely with some features hidden that shouldn´t be.I tried copying the board and giving it a new password but even the copied board shows the same problems in the browsers.What can I do?

The images I uploaded in miro, and that where visible before, don't appear anymore. Can you help me ?

I added in a Miroverse template and it came in so far away from all my other frames that it doesn’t show up on the mini map. Then to make things worse, the frame that had related content also separated from the group. I can see them when I flip between the frames on the side bar but it shows me there’s a lot of real estate between them. I tried to manually move the one frame and when I flip they do seem to be closer but I’ve been moving it for 15 minutes now. There’s got to be an easier way! I can’t seem to find anything about this problem in the community but I hope someone can help.

Good afternoon.I am a board owner on a free plan.However, while editing permissions and access for other team members, I accidentally blocked access for myself as well.The board is in the lists, but I can't perform any operations with it - since I am the owner, I became only a commentator.Can I restore access to the board? How to do it? 

I have some shapes that I use in a table and on those shapes I add a link to a Shotgrid task. I track those assets I’m creating on the Miro board for collaboration and want access to the SG tasks when I need it. The issue I’m having is that when I drag the shape into a particular table the link icon gets very very small. When I click to drag the shape around the link icon becomes normal size, but when I release the button to drop it the icon shrinks. I have no idea why this is happening and I’m at a loss for how to fix it. Any ideas? 

I’m having trouble resizing images to be 1200 x 600 or a 2:1 ratio. What’s the best way to resize images to be those dimensions?

Hi there, I’m trying to achieve something as pictured below: creating an organic shape that encircles some of the stickies. Pen tool is a great option but unfortunatelly you can’t fill in the shape with color. Are there any apps and alternatives?  

Hello,I am using MIRO as my personal mind board. Since a couple of weeks my favorite function, the Post-it function, is not availiable anymore. Can someone help me? Am I doing something wrong? Is it really not existing? Thanks,Moritz

Having problems when i try to export to pdf. I select best quality and it spins like its doing something but then that’s it. No file is provide. It works for large export but not for pdf. Any resolution for this?
