Hi everyone!
I have some problems with creating projects, I didn't know how to contact with support so I decided to write a topic.
I have education plan but on the upper left corner there’s inscription “free”

does it mean that my student's subscription has not been activated, because I can’t create projects (folders), when I click “create a project”, a window with "start trial" appears. But I received an email that my subscription is activated.

 

@Azizbek - Sometimes, an existing Free Plan cannot be upgraded to an Education Plan, e.g., there is more than one team admin or you are not a team admin of any Free Plan team, so Miro then creates a new team space for you. Therefore, some things to check:
