Can't send the card backward when it's inside an interactive template

I have not been able to move Elements forward or backward today with that notice displaying down in the screen. I have tried different profiles and different boards. How do I know I am using an interactive template and how do I finish using it? It is the first time I have this problem. Have anyone else had this problem and solved it?

    Didn’t solve it, but FWIW I was able to reproduce this while trying to send forward/backward only in a frame. So I suspect it is a bug with frames
