For some reason when I lock a web preview the ability to click the link to the site is no longer available… why is that? I’d like to provide a bunch of links to help people get context for a workshop but lock them so that people won’t mistakenly move them around. 

Hi there, I always embed miro boards in Zoom to facilitate workshops. But recently, all the images (screenshots) on the boards do not display - showing as a grey area only. Do you have any idea how to solve it?*It works well in both Miro App and web browsers 

Heyya, is there a way to programmatically get the logged in user’s profile picture? I’m using miro.board.getUserInfo()and can get the logged in user’s full name.

Hello Currently I am using this API request to upload a file from devise to an mirro boad.Create image item using file from device - https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/imagesBut I have notice in response that passed parameters from forma-data is not applied to the image that was uploaded recently. But everything is working fine if use image link not a file to upload to boad.Is it a bug or feature?)

So my mini-map, in the right bottom corner, is not showing my whole board & there´s a big void of white. 

Hi, I am trying to find information about rights to use illustrations/material created using Miro. We are wondering if we can publish the material online, on poster and so on?  (I work in the public sector). Here are some not so unrealistic scenarios. 1: we create a user journey in Miro “from scratch”, we don’t use templates 2: we create a user journey in Miro “from scratch” and we use icons available in Miro 3: we create user journey using a template, we use icons available in Miro etc etc  I have looked around the Miro website, various forums and threads, so far I have not found much about rights, creative common or anything like this. I would much appreciate it if someone could point me int he right direction or are able to provide answers    Thanks in advance!

Hi, I want to display my website via iframe on my board but I need it to always be visible. But when I click on anything else on my table the iframe closes. Is there a way to keep it open even if I click elsewhere?Thanks for your help

I am not able to edit my board anymore. Although I did not exceed the boards limit. I only have one board

As the title says - Up until about a month ago the High Quality exported a useable PDF - but within roughly the last month or so, the pdf export is small file size (previously 300MB +/-) is now 30MB - huge difference in file size and quality of the exports. Not useable.  I’ve tried ‘zooming in’ and letting it render but it makes no difference.

If I registered a new Miro account for just me without an invitation to the my default first team, will no one see my personal data with default settings? Is it possible to store passwords without fear of them being stolen?

I have a pdf of a board I created and uploaded into Miro. I would like to ask folks to vote on their top two design choices while in a session. I set up the voting but it keeps telling me that there are “no objects set for voting” after I hit “start” even though I resize the voting area over the image. Is this because you can not vote over an image?Thanks!

Hello everyone,I recently updated both my Mac and the Miro app to the latest versions available (Sonoma 14.0 for the Mac and 0.7.47 for the Miro app). Since then, I haven't been able to use most of the links between boards that I've always used. In the web version, they still open in a new tab as they always have. The weird thing is that some links are still functional. I've tried to investigate any possible causes (linking to a board, to an image in another board, to a text in another board, etc.) and updating the links by copying the target link. However, nothing I've tried seems to be connected to the issue. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Hello, is it possible to gather currently existing Teams in our Company without any pricing plan to a team, that now becomes a Business Plan?So that we can manage all the Teams within one organization? Or do that teams need to be created as new Teams?Or whats best practice here?There are a lot of teams and contents that have been grown on their own during the last couple of years. Thanks,Max

My iPhone will alert me to duplicate contacts. Similarly, is there a function in miro to ID duplicate stickies so I can select and delete?

I have another account of a colleague that has expired the 7 day free trial that I would like to act as a free license going forward. I already have another account in my team that has this license type so it should be possible. The system seems to be forcing me to have a paid license for this user now? This is not desirable. I was under the impression you could have unlimited free users?My own personal account is the admin and falls under the Full license.How do I make my colleagues account have the free license plan going forward?

Often I like to hide content that I have prepared in advance of a workshop so that I can introduce later during the session.    It would be great if I could give permission to others who are helping me to facilitate to show/hide the content on my behalf.  Maybe it is just a system wide setting to either restrict to just you or allow any other admin with board access to do this on your behalf - rather than individual allocation each time you hide something. 

tl;dr -- I recorded a Talktrack on a board that I turned into a template accessible to my whole company but when I use the template to create a new board, the Talktrack is broken/inaccessible. I’m disappointed since I spent a bunch of time to make a quick start walkthrough for my template that I’d like everyone to be able to use (and to see how many people watch it)!Here’s what it looks like.I recently looked at the Sprint Planning template (awesome btw!) on the Miroverse which includes a Talktrack with basically the same use case as mine so I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. The other Talktrack related topics here and all the help docs I read through didn’t seem to answer my question.So, am I missing a step, need to ask my Admin for a permissions change, or is this working as intended? 

Why can’t the board owner create his own stickers and text? Although an invited user of this board can add a sticker and write text. Plan: starter 

Hi, may I please know how do I resize a shape in a miro decision tree? I tried clicking on it, but there’s no option given to resize it. Below is the picture I see.As you can see, the words are too close to the edge of the oval, I would like it to be spread out. An example would be the below picture, where the oval is neatly formatted around the text. I would like the oval in top picture to be like the oval in the bottom picture. Could someone help me with this please? Its my first time using it and its frustrating for me when I encounter difficulties like this which should be easy to solve, but I can't seem to find the solution. ThanksJonathan

Hi,The email address used for logging in to Miro no longer exists, when i go to login it says “Check your email We’ve just sent you a unique sign-in link to your email”.  I can’t access the email account to get this link.  Is there another way for me to login? I know my password, so that’s not a problem, and once I login I can update the email to one that’s still working.thanks,

Just this week, my left toolbar has kept disappearing. I’ve had this happen before - but refreshing the screen normally fixes the problem. However this week, it just keeps disappearing. Just now I’ve been working on a board, and I clicked on the ‘T’ to get a text box and it disappeared, and I got no text box. I refreshed the screen, and the left toolbar reappeared, but as soon as I clicked the T it disappeared again. This happened another three times.  I can’t use the toolbar.   What do I do?
