License approvec but upgrade still appears

For example, your Miro account profile can be a member of many team spaces - both free and paid.

If you have more than one space, try selecting the other ones to see if it is one of your corporate spaces:

If you still only have one space and it says it is a “free” space/has an “upgrade” button, I would suggest that you reach out to your internal help desk/service team to ask what your next steps should be.
