I requested a license through GE my tech site. It was approved, however when i log in to the web app using my GEHC email, it still is a restrcited free version, with an option to upgrade.

If you still only have one space and it says it is a “free” space/has an “upgrade” button, I would suggest that you reach out to your internal help desk/service team to ask what your next steps should be.
