Hi,We have new offshore team members that are trying to sign up for Miro. They are not receiving the 6 digit confirmation code. Is there anything that can be done to help facilitate this?  

Help! I created a board for a community event- in order to keep assess to the board I signed up for a free account. I thought with an account I could keep the board forever- but it disappeared along with all the information. Is there a way to get the board back?

I have been using a 1st generation iPad Pro (11 inch) with A12X chip for the last couple of years and have had no problem with Miro.However I recently got a new, 5th generation iPad Pro (12.9 inch) with the M1 chip and Miro is now extremely difficult to write on with the Apple Pencil because of lag. I use Miro to conduct my tutoring sessions so it is always a one on one situation, not a crowded board.  Is this a known issue, perhaps something with the M1 chip? This is potentially a huge dealbreaker for me. I have tried reinstalling the app, swapping different Apple pencils, etc., with no improvement.

Can I have the same sticky note exist on 2 boards simultanously? I have several boards with todo items on them. Then I have a “Today” board where I just focus on the things I want to do today. I want to be able to take an itm on one of my todo boards and also have it exist on my Today board without having to duplicate it. Any way to do that?

I have two issues with the link usage, and i am not sure about them being just bugs or intentional. It seems as if it where bugs. When i link objects (like images) to elements of the board, then it works fine when i continue to use the same board. However, when i save this board as a template, then SOME of the links continue to be directed to the elements within the same new board (instanciated from the template), and SOME of the links link back to the board where the template was originally saved from. It seems to happen randomly. This is why i suspect that it could be a bug. I always save frames as the linked elements, and the objects that carry the links are always imported images. Here are the objects that carry the initial links. They link to frames within the same board. This is how the linkage functions: from one canvas where the link carrying objects are, to frames that contain other canvases. Scaling horizontally causes zoom in ‘Boards on this team’ to scale beyond vertical visibility … see attached snapshots.  Beyond certain width, Board type names hidden.  Fix?  Bug?  Ignore? Running macOS app v0.8.74 in Ventura 13.6.9. 

Hi 🤗,I have a big problem. I was using a student account, that expired. When I renewed it, I could step in miro again, but my created boards are gone - I was the owner of the boards -   - do you have an idea what I can do?

I am facing a strange behavior since a few weeks, and I am sure it worked some time ago.In case the anonymous mode is enabled (which is perfect for retrospective we mostly do in MIRO) the creator of a sticky note cannot edit the same after he created a new one.I was also able to reproduce this issues, whilst a running retrospective. Unfortunately when I am alone working on a board, it works fine.Anybody else facing this issue?Maybe it’s something similiar Laura was reporting

Hello, community!I’m currently working with board items using the`GET https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/items` endpointand am wondering if there’s a query parameter available to sort these items by group (using the group ID). Sorting by group would be incredibly helpful for my use case, as the `Get groups` endpoint doesn’t quite meet my needs.Thanks in advance for any insights!Vas

All of a sudden, everything is gone from my miro board. Even the ‘Miro’ home widget. I cant do anything on my board, even if I right click on a shape, nothing appears. I dont know what I did, can someone help me?

If I am zoomed out using “fit to screen” so I can see all of the frames on my board, is there a way to zoom IN to a specific area or section of a frame (or anywhere, really), instead of just zooming in, and then moving around to the spot I want to get to?In other apps, this is usually done by grabbing a magnifying glass tool and then outlining the area you want to go to, and you jump right there.Thanks.

HiMy app will use enterprise APII wonder how should I refer to particular team in my requests if my app will be installed for whole organization. For example I would like to list boards of each team.Can I use team id’s listed with GET /teams to dynamically change the team I need to refer to?

Like this other thread, I am not able to see a size option for a sticky note unless I select multiple stickies, which is not ideal. This happens in the Chrome Browser version and the MacBook app version.Please can you advise how I can get the size control back, without selecting multiple stickies. Thanks

When I right click and hold with my mouse to drag the board / canvas around, the board keeps closing.  It doesn’t happen every time, but at least 50% of the time.  And it’s really annoying.My preferences are set for Mouse.How can I avoid this?Thanks.

HelloI would like to become ISV for customers of Miro. I would like to use API endpoints available only for enterprise plan. As far as I understand both me and customer must have enterprise plan purchased to be able to authorize my app. I don’t have 30 people in my org, what should I do then? Which plan should I purchase for full API fuctionality?Can I avoid using credit card which can expire and pay with invoice? I want to have bulletproof app with full API support.As far as I understand Miro approval is needed only to appear in marketplace, but my clients can use my app if it’s not published to marketplace, right?BRLiquidus

 In the keynote, Rosanna showed how she integrated Jira and other data sources into a single table and then switched it to a timeline view.  This looks really handy. How did she do that and is this feature already available to us?  

Hi, I've tried the 'Share as presentation' export method in Miro.My question is, what is the function of the 'Copy link' button?I clicked it and received different links for each frame, but they still direct me to the first frame. I was really hoping it would take me directly to a specific frame.

The web clipper extension is the number one tool I use and it doesn’t work anymore. Please fix ASAP.  I get this error on both Chrome & Brave browsers. I am logged in to my active miro account.

Even if I add a Star to a board for a project I'm not a member of, I can't find it in the latest version of Miro.In previous versions, I could find it in the Star List.Is there any way to find it?
