проблема с доской

Подскажите пожалуйста в чём может заключаться проблема. 

 

Не каждый раз, но периодически работая с учеником на доске с графическим планшетом, сначала перо реагирует с опозданием и пишет не то что я хотела А первый и последнюю точку которую он видит. И через какое-то время начинает вылетать перезагружаться. Так раз 20 в течение часа
