Hello, I have a basic Miro plan, but every time I log in or perform any action, I get a page with questions (1/5) repeatedly. I can't access the settings because the window keeps appearing, and the process starts all over again. Could you please advise me on how to get rid of this window?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. This has come up before. For most people, deleting all their Miro cookies helped to clear up the problem.
