    Find & Replace TextOpen

    I wish there was a way to perform a “replace all” on text, within the document so that if I create a template, I can easily update all the text within by using placeholders (i.e. find and replace all instances of “<Client>” with the client name).

    Miro Video Meetings with Fireflies IntegrationOpen

    Okay so I used Miro’s video meeting for the first time today, loved it. 1 downside, I’m so used to fireflies attending everything and recording the video, audio, screen being shared, perfect way to catch up on a meeting if you’ve missed it, or go back and review things if you need a second look and it’s all captured in one place. Fireflies has the added benefit of analyzing and creating tasks which you can then use as your to do list or sync with other PM tools like ClickUp, etc.With Miro it records it, yes I’m seeing a transcript and summary but it’s not fully accurate on the transcript size (Fireflies has it down strong at this point). It would just be nice if the key tools being used can talk to each other/have fireflies integrated, that way I can do more inside Miro without having to leave the app.

    Offline modeOpen

    Hello Miro Team, I am pretty sure you guys on fire now with huge demand for your product, but Miro need an offline mode for iPad, it is just not possible to use it if connection interrupted, people are using this not only for constant collaboration, there a lot of people who do some preparation for projects, and these situations not really need the connection. But when you can’t use the app it is the most frustration time, when you start thinking why such smart people couldn’t figure out this. Do not listen PMs if the telling you this is not what customers need! We need this! We need to be able to work with app in any conditions. this do not has to load everything, just have some sort of buffering of last sessions, we need this mode to add something new, not to view old.   Hope to see it soon.     Offline accessDuplicate Idea (closed)

    Please please please let us be able to work in an offline mode if we loose internet connection, or for in transit, or on the plane, etc. It can re-sync once online but we need access offline I don’t want to go back to OneNote or use Notes.

    Ability to group objects to mind map nodesOpen

    I would love the ability to group things to mind map nodes. I have a giant tree of ideas, and if I could attach photos to the leaf nodes it would make it much more accessible. I can add photos and stickies now, but of course they remain in place when I move the node they are describing. I wouldn’t need the mind-map code to organize its spacing based on grouped items, I can do that myself, but just having the ability to attach items to a mind-map node would open up a whole new way of using the feature. for your consideration, Thanks !     Being able to zoom out while you are holding/dtagging a frameOpen

    You should absolutely be able to do this. If you’re working with a bunch of frames that are closely grouped together, you should be able to zoom out while you’re dragging one to make it easier to reposition them. Please Miro. Please add this feature.

    Need ability to allow users to only enter text in object without providing full edit access to the boardOpen

    because we must currently provide edit access to users for them to interact and add text to objects on a board frame.My current example is below, this board looks much less put together than it did when I first allowed 100 users in for an interactive workshop.I forgot to lock down a frame and immediately folks had things moved all over the place. There should be a contributor permission that allows folks to only add text to existing objects OR the Lock feature should not lock users from adding text to the locked object.

    Automatic numbering on Frames---footer and headerOpen

    It would be great if there was a way to create automatic numbering within the frames in headers and footers. Having had to update headers and footer numbers for 63 slides is a doozy and I think it would be nice to have a feature like this to make it more user friendly if you are using MIRO as a presentation tool instead of a collaborative tool.  Thanks.

    advanced bulk mode for StickiesOpen

    It would be nice, if you were able to add a list of words (divided by a comma or something else) to create a lot of stickies. ATM I have a list of words but need to put them somehow to cells to be able to to do that.Even if you need an Asterix/Tilde/Underscore instead of a komma to divide the words, you would only need to do a  find and replace.  kthx

    A shortcut for the highlighterOpen

    I would like to have a keyboard shortcut for the highlighter tool. I use a XP-Pen device with miro and with a keyboard shortcut I would be able to configurate he in-built buttons of the XP-Pen device to quickly switch to the highlighter tool

    because I don’t want to write “are you insane” and i also don’t think such a thing needs or deserves a well thought out titlewhen you sign up, this is what you see does it need any more explanation? WHY? why not just automatically show a field with “enter your org name” and prefill it with something like “kangaroo catchers” and they then feel compelled to change it. I’ve never seen anything as obnoxious as this before, except for the inevitable, that some guilty person will just remove my post from this forum after i post it. i don’t care about this being public, if you had a feedback button i would have used it i just want someone to know that this is insane. this is not normal. this kind of ui is not normal.

    Bulk Delete Blank StickiesOpen

    I import data from spreadsheets and turn it into stickies. Sometimes I’ll have participants who fill out certain questions but skip others. This means that when I’m copying the data from the spreadsheet, sometimes I’m copying over empty rows which turn into empty stickies when pasted. I’d love to be able to bulk delete the blank stickies or only paste in the content that has text, not the blank boxes!

    Find & replace workflow for large Miro boardsOpen

    Hey team, I'm currently dealing with a massive, messy board that has hundreds of frames and cards. I need to find specific outdated project tags and replace them with new ones. Miro's standard search tool only points to where the text is, but it doesn't allow editing. What is your workflow for bulk text replacement on huge boards? Are there any clean workarounds?

    Quickly correct the texts.Open

    For this idea, I will try to express only the need and leave the "how". It often happens to me to arrive in front of a finely prepared board, with elements grouped, blocked, and well placed. And here is the drama.  A error. A typo.It's always complicated to go and correct it. I would like a simple way to access these texts to correct them without ungrouping everything to block, risk moving, correcting, ... and putting everything back in order.

    Replace all wordOpen

    I've been creating a lot of content on MIRO lately, but when a file is particularly large and there are multiple people collaborating on, there can be discordant vocabularies. After this happens, I have to find a certain keyword one by one, and then modify it. It takes a lot of my energy. If there is a way to find a certain word and then replace it with another word in one click, similar to the replacement function of Office Word, I would be very grateful.

    Customize fields on AzureDevOps cardsOpen

    I want to be able to add other fields on the Azure cards, like Iteration or Target date. We use Miro for syncing dependencies between teams and ARTs, and then it’s handy to see the handshaked sprint or time on the card without opening each work item in AzureDevOps.

    Allow selecting locked objects when ctrl key pressedOpen

    Use caseI have locked all frames on my board to prevent students from accidentally moving them around Now I need to make space so I can add a new frame between two existing frames. I have 22 frames that need to be moved down so the new frame can fit inbetween Because all frames are locked I currently have only two options, and both of them are really bad: option 1 - unlock each of the 22 frames 1 by 1, then move them, then lock them again 1 by 1. options 2 - unlock all objects, and then spend the next 3h re-locking all the objects that should be lockedSolutionWhen I hold the ctrl key down and use my mouse to select objects, locked objects are also selected Once I have them selected with this method, I can move them like I could move unlocked objects One I have them selected, I can also bulk-unlock those objects that are selectedPainfulnessextremely high. I sometimes have to spend 30mins or more fiddling with locking and unlocking objects. It’s enough to make you develop serious resentmentFyi, Mural has had this for years, and it works extremely well.

    Option to Compress Image SizesOpen

    Similar to Powerpoint, an option to select an image and reduce the filesize of it. When taking screenshots of games for a flow they don’t need to be 4K images, a simple option to reduce their size would be great.

    Hello Would it be possible to have instanciable shapes ?So i can duplicate a shape, use it in another graph and if i change it on one side it will be changed on the other side.Obviously, only the internal texte and display colors are instanced, not the input & output arrow

    Automatic numbering rows/columns in a tableOpen

    I need to create big tables with long lists of use-cases - this is needed to track testing coverage.I would like to automatically numbering the rows or columns, so that the team can easily refer to (for example) use-case 15 meaning the use-case defined in row number 15.Currently we are manually assigning the numbering and it’s quite time-consuming. Also, if we realise there is an error and we need to remove one row, then we have to manually fix the other rows to ensure the numeration is progressive and without gaps.Example:Use-case # Description 1 Test scenario 1 2 Test scenario 2  or the other way around:Use-case # 1 2 Description Test scenario 1 Test scenario 2

    Integration of Microsoft Planner with Miro PlannerOpen

    Good morning Miro Community,today I was wondering if you consider integrating Microsoft Planner with the Miro Planner?I know this topic was already discussed 3 years ago and it seems to have lost traction with your development team. I would like to push this topic once again to the desk as I believe this is something that will provide great value to many organizations that are working with Microsoft 365.Just to give you an example: With our innovation team we are planning backlogs with several teams pre-development in Microsoft Planner. JIRA on the other hand is best used during development. But as Miro is a lot focused on the planning phase of products I believe an integration of other backlog planning tools like MS Planner would be a great addition to your product. I am looking forward to hear the voices of the community about this feature request and also the opinion from your development team at Miro :). Have a great week ahead,Sebastian

    Please remove the Table Cell Count limit of 2500 cellsOpen

    Hi Miro Team,When working with tables I recently got notified that I can not add any more rows and columns because I have reached the limit of 2500 cells.“You have reached the limit of 2500cells” is the status notification..Please remove this limit so that I can add more rows.Or is there a workaround?
