Hi! I’m trying the new Flip Card Beta feature (wich is awesome!) and it would be super useful being able to customize the cards (change font, change format, insert background, add images...). Thank you very much in advance!

Hi @ITI, Thanks so much for taking the time to submit this idea. Our team will review this and it’s open for votes and comments.

Thank you again for helping make Miro better!

It would be great to be able to add a customised background image, and change the shape and layout of the card. This will allow us to make it feel more customised for our company brand, and use custom icons for non-text based use cases. Also, more like a physical deck of cards with an image on one side.

Also, being able to manage them like a deck of cards would be super useful. For building engagement, sharing these cards across a team for everyone to get something to work on, then being able to gather them back into a deck and shuffle it would be awesome!

Working in the architecture/engineering design realm, the ability to use Miro Boards as part of our training content would be an incredible untapped use case. Using Flip Cards for gamification would be incredible if we could attach images to either side depending on the situation.

Added art to one side of the flip card would be amazing.  Utilizing this could be an easy visual to see planning information behind character or color details being utilized throughout the year for product designs in one easy visual.

Are there any plans to work on this any time soon?

1. Thank you, Miro, for the flip card!!!  And the shuffle feature is great, too.

2. Like many users, I would like to see font customization and image manipulation. Frankly, I would like to see the flip card treated as a note with the corresponding context menu:

3. Not sure about the terminology, but I would like to select various flip cards and then select “unflip all” or “flip all” or “counter flip” (The unflipped cards would flip over and the flipped cards would “unflip” over.)

4. The Flip button at the bottom of the card should just have the arrow icon, nothing else.

Thanks again to all those at Miro!
