The new approach of using a magic link to log on has made me and my team’s experience of Miro exponentially worse. We are struggling to access our board on presentation screens which had never been an issue before. Using the display log ins means our accounts are live on interactive screens, and we can no longer present without impacting several screens at one. Even using the app on a personal level means minimum of switching between four screens and windows to get access to your account (Open app > click account > switch to email > email opens browser > another click to open Miro > finally in account). I find myself trying to open a miro and then getting so distracted along this pathway that I completely forget what I was going in to Miro for.
This function is terrible and I am seriously considering moving my team and all our work to a different platform.
