    It would appear that we are limited to 12 colors for the sticky notes, yet we can have any custom color for text boxes and shapes. Add the ability to include more sticky colors that are customized.

    I love Miro, but have been using Mural most recently in my work. I’m stoked to be back on Miro now and am seriously missing the ability to make sticky notes any color I want. The limited choices can be really frustrating! Can I please make sticky notes any color I want? ❤

    I would like voting to support ranked choices. We choose the stickies or cards to add to the poll using a selection window. The options are then presented to users in a randomized list (different for each user). Users then rank the cards in order and submit their list.     Roadmap Planning Template - Add rich text field attribute to tableOpen

    I really like the Roadmapping Planning template to a board. We are using it to track business initiatives (body of work). However, we need to be able track progress toward closure. We don’t need sub-tasks, a checklist is enough. Therefore, I’d like to able to add a checklist to an row item.  Right now, The only text field type supported by the widget is plain text (image1). I could really use a rich text field type, like whats in the card object (image2). This checklist would help us track status of the row item.

    Timeline calendar picker is not user friendlyOpen

    The calendar picker on the Timeline editor requires dozens of clicks to get from June 2025 back to May 2019. Please replace with a more flexible calendar picker that doesn’t require so many clicks (such as being able to click on the month and year and time travel quickly to 2019).Alternatively allow users to type in MM/DD/YYYY format into the start/end date fields.

    Calendar Traveling does not show yearOpen

    When using the timeline calendar and traveling back several years I get lost if I am in July 2022 or July 2023, or July 2024 in the following image.  Why are you not showing the years in the calendar?

    Paste Airtable cells as stickiesOpen

    This function once existed and I don’t know why it is no longer there.You can copy cells from Excel and paste on Miro with the option to paste as individual sticky notes.This should work exactly the same for Airtable cells but no longer does.Excel recognizes them as cells. If I copy from Airtable it pastes as separate cells into Excel.

    Ctrl/Cmd + wheel to scroll while in Mouse navigation modeOpen

    My daily Miro workflow involves using a mouse, and almost never using a trackpad.When in Mouse navigation mode in Miro, my mouse wheel will zoom in and out on the board vs. scrolling up and down (or side to side when holding the Shift key) while in Trackpad mode.While zooming via the wheel is my preference, there are occasions where I would prefer to scroll up down – my most recent example is when viewing Docs.The AskWhen in Mouse mode, Ctrl + wheel would result in scrolling up and down (and Ctrl + Shift + wheel would scroll left and right).

    Have been using Miro for a while and love the possibilities it brings to be able to collaborate with a remote team. However, when using these kind of visual tools I wonder how you try to empower users with disabilities? I.e. what’s your status when it comes to improve the accessibility overall of your services? As an example, when testing using a screen reader (What is a screen reader?) I encountered a few issues emidiatly with the onboarding experience: Modals not putting focus on the content Not being able to access the visual information within the board  etc.   This is just one aspect of accessibility and would be interesting to hear how Miro is working with accessibility?

    confluence miro plugin works fine, but i cant resize the vertical size which makes it close to useless as it is very small, i wish for more sizing options such as s, m, l, xl

    Create notifications using the Miro API or the Miro Console. The idea is to generate notifications before boards are sent to retention and notifications before boards are permanently deleted.The idea would be to generate notifications like "6 months left" and then another one saying that there is 1 month left.

    Search by Board IDOpen

    Please add the ability to search by board id. We call to the boards using their URL that ends with the Board ID.  When I am verifying the Miro board being called to or that it includes something or if there is an error in the board, it would be really easy for me to search by board id to locate the correct board and troubleshoot. Instead, I have to note the board ID and then go through many similarly named boards to locate the one being called to from the app.  My dept doesn’t create the boards and we also have many boards that are only slightly different so they often end up with very similar names. The ability to search by board id would be very convenient.

    As the board owner, can I view the password I had set. It’s incredibly frustrating when someone new needs to view the board. I need to reset the board and then emails come in from people who it was previously shared with to resend an updated password. Just a “view password” would make my life easier :)

    I’ve just found the new Add status feature on the Card widget.Currently it only supports 3 statuses: To do, In progress and DoneIt would be great if we could define custom status tags on each Board, such as “Designing” or “Won’t do” (It would be great if we could define a colour and an emoji that would show up on the tag for the custom status)
