There should be a tag or option for users to select which boards they want to keep without deleting them. They wouldn't be subject to the disposition/retention rule. Currently, we have boards that are only used for viewing/consulting, so they aren't modified.
Notifications should also be sent via email or Slack via the Miro app itself. The fact that it's within the tool makes it difficult because not all users frequently log in and check notifications.
