    Add “Copy/Paste Style” Support for Images (Borders, Shadows, Etc.)Open

    Currently, Miro allows copy/paste style for shapes, text, and sticky notes, but not for images. When working with multiple pictures, it’s not possible to copy only the style (border, thickness, color, corner radius, shadow) from one image to another.This makes it time-consuming to maintain consistent formatting across many images, especially in large boards or documentation.It would be very helpful if Miro could support: Copy/Paste Style for images Applying style to multiple selected images Optionally, saving image style presets These additions would greatly improve workflow and visual consistency.

    Work days on Gantt chartOpen

    I would be great to have an option to show only work-days on a gantt chart (choice between full week/5-day week), so the timeline can be more accurate and less confusing, when planning.

    For me it would be a great improvement if we could erase juste a piece of line (like in “Microsoft Whiteboard”).In fact two erasers would be perfect : an eraser like in “Microsoft Whiteboard” and the one that already exist in Miro.

    The filter option in Miro is great for selecting a set of items based on same type of object. It would be great if something like this would also be useful for selecting items with the same color.

    Export comments to .cvs or excelOpen

    I would love the ability to export comments to excel or post-its.  I use the feature to capture pain points & opportunities layered on top of a current state map.  Later I go through a laborious routine to copy & paste these comments into excel so I can paste them back into the board as post-its to conduct another activity.  I realize I can use post-its to capture these and this laborious process would be eliminated but I like the comment feature for other reasons.  Please help miro by making this comment feature exportable to excel and as post-its.

    Extend activation‐bar without moving connected arrowsOpen

    When I draw a vertical activation bar and connect arrows to it, resizing the bar shifts the arrow endpoints — even when I only want to stretch the bar’s “body.” It would be great to have a mode or option like “resize bar independently of connector anchors” so I can extend bars (for longer durations) without having to detach and reattach arrows.Use case: Useful for sequence diagrams or workflow charts where activation duration changes but the flow arrows should stay connected to the same events.

    You have added an eraser that erases part of what you have drawn. Make it so that it can erase part of the inserted shape from the tools (rectangle, ellipse, trapezoid ...)

    Important Notes PanelOpen

    Hello,I work as a math teacher and actively use Miro during my lessons. We often work with various formulas that remain relevant throughout the entire class. Currently, I insert these formulas onto the board as regular objects, but when we move around the board, I constantly have to drag them along. This creates some inconvenience during the lesson.It would be very useful if Miro had the option to pin a specific object (such as a formula) to a fixed part of the screen, similar to how the “Timer“ works. This would allow the formulas to remain visible at all times, regardless of where we move on the board.This feature would greatly improve the convenience of using the board for teaching and working with students.Thank you for your attention, and I hope this functionality can be considered!

    Format Cards like BoxesOpen

    We love using Boxes for our content planning, but recently switched to Cards (since they have notes).However, visually, Cards are (currently inferior to Boxes) for a number of reasons.Cards would be incredible if we could format/style them like Boxes: change the font size bold/italicize/format font change the border color, change the border thickness change border type (solid, dotted, etc).What would this help with?For a large board like ours (2,000+ items), Cards are faint and hard to read. And they requrie a lot of scrolling/zooming in to read (this is very cumbersome on large boards). On the other hand, Boxes are superior in this regard, since we can visually make them pop (and be easier to read). But Boxes lack notes (they aren’t a “data” item).Wish:If Cards could be formatted like Boxes, we’d be happy campers 😃

    Saved views for quick jumps to commonly referenced areaOpen

    Hi Folks,There’s areas of our board that we commonly refer back too. It feels cumbersome to zoom out, pan, and zoon back in to that area.Is there a way to save views?Quick links can jump back to an object on the board, but requires the placement of a link. You can kind of use frames to do what I’m hoping for, but when there are lots of frames (which we often have), then you need to scroll through many to find the one you want.I’m imaginging a menu in the lower right cluster allowing to save current screen views, name them, then navigate to the saved view from wherever you are on the board.

    Toggle visibility of objectsOpen

    As we all know Miro is incredibly good for story boarding and meetings, what our team also uses the boards for is infrastructure design.One incredible feature that would help us is being able toggle the visibility of a group of objects (not covered with the grey screen and closed eye icon but for objects to not render) and have a button to toggle this.This would be incredibly useful for showing the paths data takes in our diagrams as we would be able to show/hide the path of data on the same diagram. As you can see in this basic image it can get very confusing when showing complex data paths on the same diagram

    Similar to how some feature rich text editors have format painters for text, could we have format painters for all the objects in Miro? Examples could be: arrows can be formatted to all be the same type (dotted, thickness, color, text) stickies can all be painted the same tag and color Shapes can be painted the same shape, color, text

    CSV export choose your own 'deviders'Open

    Hi all,I am struggling with exporting lots of kanban cards at once to a CSV file. By default the file format is using ‘,’ the comma to divide colomns, but this is not handy because in all my titles and kanban cards I use commas. Would be great if I can choose my own dividing character e.g. ‘ or } for example.  If someone know a workaround without a lot of manual work, please let me know :)Kind regards, Cato

    Forced Screen sharing/Bring everyone to meOpen

    Taking Attention Management up a few notches, there are times when I need to take back control of a session and ensure that the board participants are focused on what I am trying to show them.I would like to be able to force a screen share/bring everyone to me so that their screens are seeing exactly what I am seeing and they can no longer control/move the Miro board.I know the existing screen sharing/bring everyone to me also has its own challenges around the embedded content not displaying, so a 3rd party solution (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) may still work better for the foreseeable future. If so, then perhaps the feature request becomes “Temporarily disable all editing of board” - I will post this next.

    Admin Right to Stop sending "Miro Activity" Emails to everyoneOpen

    Would be beneficial to give the admin the right to turn off the activity email notifications for every one on their company Miro account. Too many emails being sent and going to users who don’t understand the program and will not spend the time and energy to turn off the notifications themselves.

    Arrow Shapes - Ability to adjust the arrow headOpen

    I love using arrows in my flows, only issues with miro is that the arrows look bad when you stretch them. I’d love it if you can either change the shape of the arrow head e.g. a simple point constraint / or you just keep the arrow head in a specific shape similar to Lucid’s arrows. Also being able to round the arrows would also be awesome, i don’t really like the sharp corners. LUCID ArrowsMIRO Arrows

    Ability to Scale DrawingsDuplicate Idea (closed)

    Having the ability to set a scale - either as a temporary scale that can be changed as you move across the board, or a scale for each frame or something. So that you can correlate a box of X pixels (inches would be better) to a real life scale of X feet. This is related to the release of object dimensions. This would be so helpful for architecture firms using this as a collaborative drawing tool since apps like Morpholio Trace do not have great collaboration features.

    Can we create Billing Groups applicable to Teams?Monitoring via user accounts is okay for the overall view - but I have some Teams using far more licenses than others - seeing multiple threshold overviews would help a great deal!

    Convert MindMap into Jira TicketsOpen

    Hello all,I would appreciate if it would be possible to convert a MindMap into predefined Jira tickets.The idea:We are using Jira as our project management software. But in the beginning it is difficult to build a project structure and define all the tasks for the project. In this case, we would like to brainstorm to create a mindmap at the beginning of a project with a maximum level and a definition of which level belongs to which issue type.     Video Chat App - Breakout RoomsBeta

    Would love for the Video Chat app to have a breakout room feature so teams can break out into smaller groups to collaborate and communicate on parts and then rejoin back to the entire team to discuss, all without having to use 3rd-party tools like Zoom.   By clicking “Add Breakout” the chat app generates a home room and various breakout rooms.  Clicking the ‘+’ button generates additional rooms.    At the start of the video chat session, all participants begin in the home room.  When ready to breakout, participants are instructed which room to join to work on their part of the project, and they jump to that room by clicking on the corresponding room number (no need for a moderator to pre-assign users to rooms like in Zoom).   Users have the ability to freely jump between rooms by selecting each room number -- great for rotations and faciliator-hopping!   The moderator of the session can choose to “Return all to homeroom” which moves the users out of their breakout rooms and returns them back into the home room to resume full group discussion.

    Timeline color optionsOpen

    Problem: Color coding timeline items is static to 1 timeline, and is not connected to anything concrete. For example: I could have 3 different views using the same timeline, change records color in 1 and the other 2 remain the same. Additionally, all those colors are manual.  Proposed solutionsGood enough: Make color changes reflect across all synced timelines Ideal: Add a timeline setting where you can choose a field, and color items based on that. For example, I might have a dropdown “Type” assigned to records, with these options: Vision: Yellow  Project: Green Task: Blue Other: Grey I should be able to set color of tasks to “type” on the timeline.  Then, instead of syncing colors to all timelines, you just have the option to manually set the color preference to “Type” Perhaps a different view prefers to use “Status” as the color, and they can do that, on just that timeline. My current use case:I recently set up a series of spaces, using a shared timeline. Each space is for each contributing team, with 1 view, to pull them all together. I want any color coordination to be consistent, and easy to follow, across all teams engaging with the tool.  Currently, if I color our high level projects, other teams just see a sea of yellow boxes.

    Enable transparency about status of releases by using Miro Jira CardsOpen

    Hi Miro-Support team,a milestone or release is coming with different status in jira (unreleased, released, archived).When planning your topics to a specific release and the release date is reached, the release artefact (e.g. product) will be delivered to the customer. The release is set to status “Released” and all undone topics are replanned. “Released” means fix, no assignments anymore. Especially fulling ASPICE (automotive spice processes) the status is mandatory.  In miro we do not see any possibilty to differentiate between the status of an release. The user do not have this information available. This results in a situation, issues are assigned to releases in miro which are already released or archived in jira.  Please support the release status information and make them transparent for end user.Provide possibilities to configure the sync behavior dependent on the release status by the end user in miro. Thanks a lot.Best regards,Sindy

    Smartsheet Card Display CustomizationOpen

    I would love to see a feature where what is shown on the Smartsheets card can be customized based on the Smartsheet Columns. For example, in the above image I don’t really want to see “Task Sheet - SUS04012: W..” and would prefer to add task owner, phase, etc.
