Move spaces between Teams.

I think this feature is a critical gap. As organisations expand & their usage of miro becomes more critical it’s necessary to be able to reorganize teams & spaces in bulk. This means moving boards between spaces & moving spaces between teams. I would also suggest that the implementation of this feature preserves each board’s url so that copied links to a board continue to function.

Consider Google Drive & Google Workspaces, if you couldn’t move documents & folders into different drives you’d be unable to have information management & frustration ensues. Likewise if I move a doc I expect its url to remain consistent to support linking from outside sources.

I have to reorganize our Spaces (we’re a Scale-Up and have grown since starting Miro). Would be great if I could just move the Spaces to their new Teams. If nog, then it’s gonne be a pretty big and annoying job :p

As our organization has expanded into seven distinct companies, efficient workspace management has become critical. One of the major operational inefficiencies we face in Miro is the lack of a centralized method for administrators to migrate boards between teams.

Relying on users to manually transfer potentially thousands of boards,especially during periods like vacation or onboarding, creates unnecessary friction and bottlenecks. This manual process not only increases the risk of data loss or misplacement but also significantly delays the activation of new teams. It directly impacts our ability to deliver a smooth, structured onboarding experience, as we are unable to assign users to their proper teams until existing boards have been manually moved.

From an administrative and scalability standpoint, the ability to bulk move boards across teams is a critical feature. It would empower IT admins to manage workspaces proactively, reduce dependency on end-users, and streamline the organizational structure across Miro.

Can we expect this functionality to be prioritized and added to the platform soon? It would solve a fundamental limitation that currently hinders efficient team separation and user onboarding at scale.

Would be highly beneficial for re-orgs and simplify access management.
