Our findings reveal that, though the current state of work is draining and knowledge workers' desire for connection remains strong. And although many companies are shifting to a hybrid work model and research shows a majority of workers want this but hybrid is still a work in progress.🔗 We'd love your thoughts on how to make hybrid work better as well as your thoughts on collaboration in the workplace. Please share your opinions here.Your stories will help bring our data to life, illuminating how three interconnecting relationships—to work itself, to each other, and to our work selves—are forming the foundation for the future of work. As always, thank you for sharing your opinions and views with us!
