Hello! I can't send an application, for some reason it doesn't accept mail, although this is my work email, which belongs to our organization (school). Can you tell me what to do in this case?
It would be very useful if we could use Miro during workshops/presentations to create/edit mindmaps and then have ability to export the mindmap in .opml format. This is especially useful for SDET/QA software testers and during requirements gathering. OPML file can then be uploaded to certain test management tools (for example Xray) This is an XML format for outlines https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OPML

3 weeks ago I tried the free trial of Miro using a debit card. But then today a bill appeared on my bank account. When I wanted to cancel, I was charged, even though I didn't use the account. Hi everyone,I’m working on a project in Miro and I’d like to replicate a guided selection flow (similar to a food ordering app where users pick Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3).For example: Step 1: Choose a base (Chicken / Fish) Step 2: Choose a side (Veg I / Veg II) Step 3: Choose a carb (Rice / Potato) At the end, the user’s choices should be grouped together as one “set” of items on the board.👉 Is there a recommended way to achieve this in Miro — maybe through templates, interactive widgets, or integrations?Would love to hear if anyone has tried a similar setup.Thanks in advance!
I'm trying to create a Flow in ServiceNow Flow Designer that creates or updates a Board in Miro from a Visual Task Board.I've installed the Miro Spoke for Flow Designer.On the Miro side the company admin has created an application and provided me with the Client ID and Client Secret. The application was then given boards:read, boards:write, organizations:teams:read, organizations:teams:write and organizations:read permissions.With that, in Flow Designer I was able to complete the default Miro connection and retrieve a OAuth token.In my Flow Designer flow I use the ‘Look Up Board’ Action which produces error 1 when checking to see if the provided Board ID exists or not, and continues in the branch to create a new Board by using the ‘Create Board’ Action. Hi it seems since 14/08/25 a number of devs across our teams are experiencing an issue with pasting gifs:When pasting gifs through the Miro app the gifs are automatically converted to images rather than gifs. When pasting gifs through the Miro browser the gifs appear like images until you refresh the page. This is better but its quite time consuming to have to refresh boards every time you need to paste a gif.Some more info:We’ve tested pasting into empty & non-empty boards. The gifs we are using are below 30mb.

Hi everyone,I was using a Miro account connected to my iCloud email through the “Sign in with Apple” option. I have an important board on that account, but recently I’ve been unable to log in this way.Whenever I try, I either get an error or I’m redirected to log in with my Gmail account instead — which doesn’t have the board I need.Is there any way to recover access to my original account, or at least transfer the board from that account to a different one I control?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Why am I unable to review order to purchase and upgrade to starter pack? Context I filled in all the details for payment method, billing method, and licenses. I did not fill up the company info (optional). If there are possible reasons why this happens or any alternative paying methods (Though they only give me the card option), I would like to know, or step by step on how you obtain your upgrade plan.

I built a Miro integration leveraging the V2 api which no longer works as it did. I’ve been exploring the API docs and I think perhaps something has changed, in terms of the v2 endpoints used for building a picker flow are now constrained to Enterprise plans only - is that correct? Is it also correct that despite being documented, the V1 endpoints no longer work / exist? I’m following https://developers.miro.com/docs/rest-api-reference-guide#boards and when I access a V1 endpoint I get 404 and the docs return an error page. Trying to make sense of where the platform features are at and how I can make use of them.
Dear Miro Team, I use Miro for all my projects. I recently completed my PhD at the university, where I had been using the email address for my Miro Educational (student) account. I am now employed at another university, and my former email address was deleted, resulting in my Miro account being degraded. My working boards are locked, so I can't even transfer the backup to the new account (the one I am using now to make this post). I am really scared of losing my data. I’ve been trying to create a custom app, but it seems like no matter what I try, it won’t show up in the Miro board(s).I created an app with a development team. Tried hosting it locally and through online services that seem to work fine except for in Miro. I do get one message in the app editor UI: “Change the app URL to a publicly reachable one. All your redirect URIs should be publicly reachable, these aren't: “ And it has been the same regardless of which URL i put in. Local (even though it says locally hosted ones doesn’t have to be publically reachable), online - doesn’t matter.I install the app to my team and try in the board but it won’t show. I’ve subscribed to icon click event, and I’ve disabled any browser integrations that might cause conflicts. I tried different browsers and the desktop app - no difference. I’m at a loss. Anyone got a clue what I can try? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The future is all about collaborations. Why is it not possible to have co-ownership of a board or space between 2 creative agencies (with their own MIRO business accounts)?!Both agencies are not interested in becoming team-members in each otters teams, and both need all rights on the boards - so that together they can facilitate an external ecosystem of players in a 2-year project. Please help!and please add this to your backlog if not possible
When accidentally holding shift while pressing Enter, the text on Miro receives line terminators that most other software doesn’t support - which leads to ugly unsupported symbols and spacing of text being broken when copying text somewhere else - eg a chat or a txt file.I would appreciate a fix where a Shift+Enter entry just creates a normal linebreak instead. It would also be good if with that update existing text will be parsed and these unusual line terminators replaced by standard ones. Thanks!
