Why am I unable to review order to purchase and upgrade to starter pack? Context I filled in all the details for payment method, billing method, and licenses. I did not fill up the company info (optional). If there are possible reasons why this happens or any alternative paying methods (Though they only give me the card option), I would like to know, or step by step on how you obtain your upgrade plan.

 

@Claire Chiang Without seeing the rest of your screen I cannot say for sure, but perhaps you are attempting to purchase less license than you have team members?

For example:

 

You need to either

  1. Remove two team members
  2. Just set up a new paid team for yourself and the other member and then
    1. Add that other member to your new team
    2. Move your boards to the new team space
