Hello there. Looks like I cannot get access to my miro boards when using a different device (laptop)  after entering my email and password to log in. The board I see is a team board I visited recently, but not the boards I own. They’re just missing

Could you help me to fix the problem please

Hi @OlgaMIR, thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like you may be logging into the correct account but not the correct workspace where your own boards are stored. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Confirm your login method – If you normally log in with Google/SSO, make sure you use the same method on the new laptop. Logging in with just email/password could create a separate, empty account.

  2. Switch teams – Click your workspace/team name in the top-left corner of Miro and see if your boards are in a different workspace.

  3. Check “Owned by me” filter – On the dashboard, set the filter to “Owned by me” to see if they appear.

  4. Search for the board name – Use the search bar at the top of your dashboard to locate specific boards.

  5. Check for a different email – Sometimes boards are tied to another email you own (personal vs. work). Try logging in with that email.
