Google Drive

I am the owner of the MIRO blackboard at the Science and Technology Museum in Milan.Until some time ago I was able to upload files from my Google Drive (ilabsistemi@gmail.com) without problems, but now I can't do it anymore: when I try, the error message “403. That's an error.We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That's all we know."I tried to follow the instructions of the Help Center step by step (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731253-Google-Drive), but without appreciable results :-(Best regardsEnrico

Problem Board Ansichtsmodus

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Ich bin Studentin und habe Miro in der freien Version. Gestern habe ich noch an dem Board „Brand Spaces Endabgabe“ gearbeitet und heute ist es plötzlich im Ansichtsmodus. Ich bin die Erstellerin des Boards das bedeutet ich hab eigentlich Zugriffsrechte. „Interaktiv“ ist das einzige Board was ich sonst noch benutze. Alle anderen brauche ich eigentlich nicht. Es wäre toll wenn Sie mir sagen würden, wie ich mein Board wieder bearbeiten kann.Mit freundliche n Grüßen.Felicia B.

Mindmap changes not saved

Hi, i have been working on a mind map the last 4 sessions and it isn’t saving all my changes.When I reopen my design all the concepts are still there, but one third of the last added concepts lost their text. They are reset too 'type something’. I tried to force a save in my last session, there isn’t a save button, so i did an export to an image. Hoping it would also force an update to the server. The image had all the last changes, yet when i opened the diagram the following day one third of my changes were lost again.  I also tried different browsers without luck.Please advice.

Board is locked (on a free plan)

Dears,I am on a free plan (testing the product with one of my coachees) and I had created an interactive board to work with her on a number of tools. Since she subscribed to MIRO and joined the three tutorial boards, the system has locked the one and only platform we were in need to work together.Now the only option seems to upgrade my profile to paying profile, an option I am not yet ready to adopt. If I understand correctly, the fact that my client has subscribed to and interacted with the three initial tutorial boards has automatically blocked the one we created to work together and test the platform. I don't think it's correct to consider subscriptions even for those made on tutorial boards.Could you help me unlock my project so that I can continue to use it without having to resort to an upgrade? Also, because in this case, I would simply be forced to abandon the platform.Thank you  SF

Infinite loading screen (Javascript error)

How to turn off 2-factor authentication (starter Miro plan)

I have a “starter” plan in Miro. Suddenly, during logging in,  it is asking the two-factor authentication without even explaining the process. How to turn it off? I can't see any option in the profile settings panel.All best,Marta

There is too much padding in text boxes

The padding in text boxes prevents true-alignment to the text. There is always an indentation and it forces me to to custom align every object to the edge of the letter instead of the text box.

Miro desktop app can`t login

 I used to use the desktop app regularly, but after I switched to a new pc I cant seem to login in any way. Continue with Google button does nothing and continuing by email directs me to an empty screen as shown below.Any help? It may be that the App hasn`t got some permission, but I don`t know which it could be, or where to set it.

How can I unlock my Miro-Board again?

Dear Community!I need some help with the following problem:I am using the free Miro version with up to three boards. I have three boards – two of them I can edit as usual. However, the third, that is the one I use quite regularly, seems to be locked as a whole all of a sudden: I can’t move/delete/edit/add anything. I logged out/in, re-started, tried to share it to another E-Mail-adress, but then the message “locked board cannot be shared” appears on the screen. Unfortunately I cannot find the setting, where to lock/unlock the complete board. Where can i do that?Help is highly appreciated!Many thanks in advanceSarah

Mouse wheel to pan no longer working

Until today I was generally able to use the center mouse wheel to pan, by pressing the wheel as a button and them moving the mouse around. This is a pretty typical feature of cad software and similar.  Although it would sometimes stop working after a bit, if I refreshed the page it would normally work ok. Today it seems this function is now totally gone??? I can still use the mouse wheel scroll to pan vertical, and I can even push it left/right to pan side to side, but pushing down the whole wheel as a button to enable panning seems to be disabled now? Is this intended behavior?

Problem with cut off Fonts

All of a sudden, in all my Miro boards, Fonts are cut off. Any text became unreadable for me. I tried adjusting font-type and font-size and alignment, but also reshaping rectangles and everything. No change whatsoever.Here is an example. The Problem is on the Safari Browser (MacBook Air).Also tried logging out and back in and restarting safari.Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Board has disappeared — panic mode

I don’t usually open boards from my iphone but did so just now. It said something about updating stickies but seemed to hang for a while so I clicked the available ‘x’ in the corner. That took me back to my board list… but the board I was just on is missing. Missing. Gone. And I see no such thing as a trash. I did not ‘delete’ the board. Any ideas where it might be and how to get it back?

Swipe left on MBP - throws me to the last website

When using two fingers to move around a Miro board it works great in all directions except for swiping to the left. When swiping left on the trackpad at mackbook pro, the browser (chrome) will throw you back to the previous webpage.Am i missing something here about the trackpad navigation?

Miro board stuck on loading screen

I was given access to a Miro board by my client several days ago and was working fine. Ever since yesterday, I’ve been unable to open the board. It just gets stuck at the loading screen. I noticed in the dev tools of the browser that there is an error. Not sure if this is causing the issue. See screenshot. I tried clearing cookies in my browser, clearing cache, and trying a different browser. I keep getting the loading screen no matter what. Again, I was able to access the board with zero issues a few days ago. I’m having the same issue with another board the client gave me access to previously as well. Any ideas? Thank you!

Adobe Creative cloud app not working

Hi Community,I was so glad to see the creative Cloud app in Miro.Unfortunately, it doesn’t work so I’m not able to test what we can do between Adobe Creative Cloud and Miro.When I try to connect my Creative Cloud account to Miro, nothing is showing up.My libraries are not displayed and a message «no internet Connection» appears.Can you please help me to solve this issue ?Same one desktop app (Mac OS Monterey 12.6.2) and Goole Chrome Version 116.0.5845.179 (Build officiel) (x86_64).Thanks for your help,Regards,

Cant send to back / interactive template

Getting an error when I try to ‘page down’ to send to back. Never seen this issue before. Not sure what is meant by the error and what an interactive template is.‘You cant send the card backwards when its inside an interactive template’

Auto-resizing frames

I often put a table and other items in a frame, so I can share the frame’s link and take an image etc. However, if I add columns to a table, the table grows bigger than the frame and I have to keep extending the frame. It’s a real pain!!! Can you add an option to auto-resize the frame if the widgets within it overlap the frame boundaries please. thanksRichard
