Hey support, I need some help canceling my subscription, and I’m running into two issues: random users: there are people in my business team I didn't invite. I think they were added by mistake. unpaid fees, because of those extra seats, the system says I have unpaid fees and won't let me cancel. Since the cancellation is failing, your system keeps retrying my card almost daily.Could you please clear those users and cancel the subscription for me? Thank you for your assistance!

Dear Miro Team, my name is Sviatoslav and I am from Ukraine. I actively use Miro for teaching Spanish. I learned that Miro provides free access to premium plan for Ukrainian users due to the ongoing situation in the country.Could you please let me know how I can apply for this offer?  Thank you very much for your help and support!

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Bohdan, an English tutor from Ukraine. Because of the ongoing war, educational work here is running under significant financial and logistical pressure. At the moment, investing in a Miro subscription is not feasible for me, although the platform is directly relevant to my teaching workflow.I conduct online lessons and develop interactive materials to support students who continue studying despite current circumstances. Miro’s toolset would enable me to structure lessons more clearly, visualize language concepts, and maintain a higher level of student engagement. Is there an option to receive temporary access, a special educator plan, or alternative support for Ukrainian teachers? Even a limited-term solution (e.g., one year) would make a measurable difference and help sustain the educational process.Thank you for your consideration. Any available guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.Best regards,Bohdan

My employee started a Miro Board (as a Team Admin). She left the company last year, no longer works for us and I don’t have access to her email. We would like to transfer the Team Admin role to my email and also purchase a paid subscription going forward. What are my next steps or What options do I have to do this? Thanks I’m currently on the Free Plan

I am a beginner teacher from Ukraine currently using Miro, and I would like to ask about the possibility of a free or special subscription for Ukrainian users.I have come across information online and from other users suggesting that Miro previously offered free or extended plans for Ukrainians. Could you please clarify whether such a program is still available, or if there are any current special conditions or discounts for Ukrainian users?I would be very grateful for any guidance or clarification on this matter. Thank you!

Hi,I got an email for my education Miro account to renew the account for the next year. However when I click on the given link, I get an error message. Then the website redirects me to the homepage of the miro website. I had the same problem in december. Its annoying that it keeps occuring and I can't fix it myself. My account needs to be renewed before 11-1. Can someonebody please help me? I don't want to lose all my boards…

Hey,till a few weeks ago Miro’s text scaling when resizing existing shapes was the following:- when resizing a single shape, the text size would not change. When scaling uniformly (SHIFT + dragging a corner), the text would become larger or smaller relative to the size of the shape.- when resizing multiple shapes (multiple shapes selected, then resize) the text would scale proportionally. When scaling uniformly, the whole "Look" of the transformed shapes would be the same before and after scaling, because the text scaled accordingly.I loved that feature, because when giving people their fixed size (to keep the board tidy and comprehensible in complex projects) frames to design flowcharts etc, they could easily resize their diagrams to fit the given space without having to deal with text overflow messes (and it lead to all kinds of weird font sizes across my boards, even ones beyond 999), but recently something changed which seems to break this (at least for me). Text scaling when resiz

Hello Miro team,I’m posting here because I’ve exhausted all available self-service options and cannot find any direct support contact.I cancelled my Miro subscription over a year ago, yet I am still being charged every month. I only recently noticed the continued charges on my payment method. What I’ve already tried: Followed the cancellation instructions on your Help Center Converted to free billing (no clear option to cancel) Looked for a direct support or billing contact (could not find one) What I need help with: Immediate cancellation of this subscription A refund for the period during which I was charged after cancellation (or at minimum, investigation of the billing error) Guidance on how this can happen without an active subscription clearly visible I’m happy to provide: Account email Transaction IDs Screenshots of billing history …but I don’t want to post private information publicly. This situation is quite frustrating, especially given the lack of direct billing su

I used my Miro boards to sort and arrange pictures in the past to than process them further in photoshop. My whole workflow suddenly broke because the “Copy as Image” function is not working correctly anymore… In the past it produced the image exactly in the resolution like it was on the board and now it lowers the resolution down to around 1000px… Downloading with the frame is no option for me because I need the exact resolution and the download option does not offer custom size or exact size… In my case I have a 3x3 grid of 9 1024x1024px. That is not even 4k or any super resolution. I need to be able get the correct size back, so I can throw it into my photoshop slicer. Since I process hundreds of grids like this, manual resizing is no option and a pain in the but. I have a paid consultant plan.Left original and right is the outcome…

I love the Miro Community Forum

Education 100 credits/month  I enabled Miro AI in settings and refreshed the page, nothing happens after clicking on these functions no response (no menu, no error message) I am also experiencing a strange issue with Miro AI Sidekicks (Beta).I have two accounts:On my Free Plan account, Sidekicks are available and working perfectly. On my Education Plan account, the feature is missing from the board, even though I have enabled all AI settings in the profile and admin console.According to the Miro documentation, Education Plan users should have access to these features. I have already tried clearing my browser cache and logging out/in, but it didn't help.Is there a specific rollout delay for Education accounts, or is this a bug? I would appreciate it if you could look into my account settings.

Hi!Could you please let me know whether the free premium board subscription will continue to be provided to Ukrainians who offer educational services using the Miro board in 2026?Thank you

I cancelled my suscription time ago and you are stilling charging my credit card.  I ask you to stop doing this and refund the unauthorized payments.   It is strange that you don’t have an email for customer assitance, phone number or another type of personal contact.  It is easy to hire a plan with you, however it’s not easy to cancel, as it should be.   I hope you do things right.  I have trusted your company, don’t take advantage of  customers that  have shared with you their credit cards information. Thank you, hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Miro Team,I am writing to you regarding the subscription plan. Recently I've found your wonderful platform. I've been testing it for a year now and it's perfect for me. As a Ukrainian, I found out that Miro provides free access to subscription plans for Ukrainians. I haven't purchased any of the plans yet.So I would like to know how to get those perks and what personal inforamation is needed. Thank you in advance!Sincerely,Kseniia

good afternoon, I can't log into my board because I didn't know that I was on someone's team and the team administrator deleted or blocked my board, and there is very important information that I have been collecting for 3 months. I can't get in touch with the team administrator in any way, because I do not know who he is and I don't think he still works at miro at all. Please tell me how can I get my board back? I'm really looking forward to your response and I'm counting on your help.the whole problem is that I'm afraid the administrator of this team doesn't have access to the mail to which his account in miro is registered and won't be able to return the board to me. The last time I logged into my board was yesterday, 12/25/2025. I also have a link to my board, perhaps you can restore access to me without the team administrator? I still have a link to my board.

It's normally at the bottom where the AI is now....

hello! I was removed from the team and my boards were deleted, how can the boards be restored?

as described.  widows 11 App.  Simple mindmap.  Align objects OFF.  Snap to Grid is OFF.objects still snap to grid and self-align in a not helpful way.  Ruins the layout.  how to disable??

My BOARD that I have had for several years has been removed. I am the owner and I need it back please. Someone please raise a ticket.  "miro.com/app/board/uXjVJOJOL9E=/"

I have a few Jira cards on my Miro board. I enabled more fields, for example a custom field called Synopsis (type Paragraph) and another one called Area (Select list)I dragged the cards into a table.I can’t see my custom fields as columns in the table although I see them on the Jira cards. The only supported fields for a table are the default ones?I’m not asking for syncing, just displaying the Jira fields into a table.Thank you

Hello, I have a problem in my free plan account. I can’t delete a team member. I get a notification “sorry, something went wrong”. I tried another browser and incognito mode, it didn’t work

Good day. Why was my card charged when the 14-day period of this business plan expired, which I activated because your community said me in email ? You promised to activate the discount and did not activate it and the money was withdrawn? Here is part of your message: "Before we can provide you with a discount, we require an active subscription. Could you please start a Free Business Plan Trial, select monthly card payments, and let us know when it's done? Once we receive your reply, we'll be happy to proceed with the required steps on our end!"ivangos20021213@gmail.com

Hi,I am having an issue with my Miro account and access to my team. When I log in and open my dashboard, I immediately see a modal window: “Join teams to collaborate” with my company team: “******” The only button is “Join”. There is no option to close the popup or skip it. When I click Join, at the bottom I get a black banner saying: “User is already a member of the specified organization” and the popup stays on the screen. I cannot access any boards or other teams because this popup blocks the whole dashboard.  Can you please help?
