As of May 16, 2023 @ 2:45pm UTC-6, the frames panel navigation appears to be broken. When clicking on a frame name, the first couple of frames align/display properly, but then the frames are not displayed and instead, the zoom jumps way out.To reproduce:I created a new board from the The Business Model Kit template - here’s the board: [link removed] Open frames panel and navigate the frames.Here’s a GIF:Tested in Chrome and desktop app on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

Using Windows 10 Pro at work and I have it installed in my apps and integrations, but it does not appear as a tool when working on a board. It does not appear with the other Refractive apps (Power Pak, Clusterizer) in the Miro Marketplace. I just noticed today (THu 12 Dec). I had been using Miro less than normal last month, but now I will be using it regularly again. Is Totally Random being updated? Is there new pricing situation? I find this tool essential for my work.

When I or my colleagues enter one of the breakout rooms, they are all at the smallest zoom level, so I always see the whole big board with only the breakout board but at a zoom of 1 %. So we always have to manually zoom in to see the breakout board. Is that a bug or can this be changed?

I don’t know what happend, built org charts and80 % of it is gone, don’t know what happened and can’t get it back

I’m aware there is a limit for free users: 3 boards. I have made some re-arrangements to ensure I got 3 board, and some of them are still in read-only mode.  Please help to solve this issue. Kind RegardsWitold

I’m trying out miro on a free account, and I suddenly got this message that I’ve reached the plan limit of 3 boards. But I only have 2 boards…Is there anyway to get around this?    

We’ve been using Miro for years, but suddenly board won’t load in Safari (but are fine in Chrome). Same board as usual.  Is anybody else having issues in Safari?  The controls are visible but the board is just empty!  Thanks!

Hi everyone, I have writing a book with a friend and to make the note taking prosses easier, I told my friend about miro. We chosed it as our note taking space and I created the board and invited her to it in the end of 2020. We have been using it for a while but had to stop. Recently, we wanted to look into our notes from the time, however, when I tried to login my account was empty. There was only that board there. I askedy fried to look into her inbox if she had the emails. And they were there. The name of the board, the invitation to it and some comments. But when we try to follow the links they lead nowhere. Any adeas what we can do to access the board?  

Hey, I have a problem, which is that the instant I log in, I am being logged out again. I can for a second see my boards, then I am logged out again.  I am a mac user. Can you help me please? Best regards,Kasper

How can I change transparency / opacity of lines? I can manage for shaps like squares but not for lines… 

I'm using Miro for team collaboration and need to export a board that includes all frames, sticky notes, and content. I tried exporting as PDF, but some details seem to be missing. What's the best way to export everything clearly, especially for sharing with stakeholders? Any tips or settings I should check?

The e-mail address saved in my profile is no longer available. When I try to change the address, I fail because no password is assigned to the account (logged in via google oAuth)I cannot assign a password because the reset link is sent to the e-mail address stored in the profile.Deleting the account does not work either, as the confirmation email is also sent to the outdated address.Please help me to solve this problem.

Can an Admin see what boards guests have access to?

We got new accounts with in a new educational plan and I moved some boards into my new account and changed the ownership. In one board teh timeline disappeared and the table says:UnavailableThis data is currently unavailableClick here to reload this tableAfter clicking nothing happens. This also shows when I open older versions.How can I retrieve the content? 

Is there any way at all to center items in a column, bold text, or do any other formatting that is available in other table applications? When I paste in my data from Excel, it strips all formatted elements.

Cannot load any Miro boards.

I import some large files and now my Miro board is jammed. Can anyone help? 

Every month I get charged 38 dollars from Miro to my personal credit card. I have never given Miro my credit card information and am on my companies account. Does anyone know how to stop these charges?

Hello, is it possible to create multidementional swimlane over 2500 cells? I’am creating makigami and need to create more than 2500. I use free version. Is it possible to do it in payment versions?

HiI understand there were some recent changes to the colour palate and my question is, is there a way to restore ‘recently used colours’ or at least the colours already being used in a given board into the quick access area of the colour panel, or are we forever stuck with ‘Brand colors’ which we dont even use?Thanks
