Hello, some week now we are experiencing problems with the Video chat functionality. Students enter and the video goes fine but we can not listen to any of them through the video-chat. Some weeks ago we also had the same problem. Are you experiencing it?I read that some months ago this problem was also there. Could you help me?  Thank you

Anyone else experiencing the issue below? I reorganized sections of a boards then after closing and opening the board a series of random connection lines appear in the shape of a large infinity sign across the board. 

Every day when I load my miro board, I see a popup that covers a significant portion of the bottom of the screen telling me how to use my mouse.  I close it and it reappears the next day.  I see no options in my preferences.How do I get rid of this popup permanently (without having to resort to adblock)?

Hello everyone,  I’m organizing a working session that will last for 2 months with 20 people (5 from my team & 15 from the client team). What upgrade is the best for us ? Business ? If that so, I have few questions : i will basically pay for the all team, isn’t it ? (they don’t have to manage anything related to any payment ?)When i will invite them on the working board, they will just create a basic account and it’s done, am i right ?  Many thanks for your precious answers. Much love from France 

Hi there,I’m planning a workshop where we will have about 20 participants. About half of the participants are Members (we have the Team paid plan), the other half I’ll plan to invite as Guest Editors. Using the Share function from the board, what is the smoothest method for inviting all participants into the board? I believe that using the “invite via email” option is best for the paid Members….and the “Share board link” option best for Guest Editors. Do I need to do a combination of these, or (ideally) can I just use one option for all participants? Thanks everyone! 

The other day a session was ruined because someone left a gigantic sticky note unfinished covering everything and nobody was able to delete it. Any idea how to address this problem?

I would like the ability to run basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, etc within a table. I want to use Miro for our Real Estate projects, to understand the processes, staff and costs involved. We will use tables a lot, but currently we see that we can’t create basic SUM formulates of cells.

I will start by saying that I am aware of some styling being applied to sticky notes in order to make them seem a little more natural. However, as of today, some of my sticky notes appear to be slanted/crooked (to the right in my case). Maybe this was always the case and I was just sitting a little different in my chair than I usually do.This appears to be happening for me in both the latest Windows 10 64-bit desktop app and Chrome browser.I just noticed this on one of my boards with some sticky notes from months ago. I also noticed it on some newly created sticky notes.Here is one I created today: And here is the same sticky note changed to orange and over top of a red sicky that I created on Nov 19 - both are set to a size of medium: Is anyone else noticing this? If this was intentional, I will probably be submitting feedback to Miro to please curb their sticky note realism algorithm 

Want to move boards from free account to educational account .. help section suggests option under three dots ie move board .. but his is not an available option to choose .. ????

Hi  I have a surface go and Miro was working very well but today its moving the screen every time I try and write using my stylus. I have tried all navigation modes. It makes it virtually impossible to use Kind regards

Hello,everytime i open a board, i can use my stylus to write something. But if am touching the screen with my fingers, i am not able to use the Stylus anymore. At this point i can only use the fingers to write.Can somebody help me? Greetings Daniel

I’m experiencing problems with loading the dashboard in the Chrome browser. In Safari everything is working fine, but in Chrome it keeps on showing the loading icon. Does anyone know how to solve this? 

Hi I am currently on a free plan and I own a board and member of 2 other boards. The board I own is also shared with 23 other users.  I am planning to  upgrade the account to a consultant plan and would like to keep it only one seat to begin with. So, the MIRO is asking me to remove the 23 active users to make it one seater consultant plan.  I tried everything I know from MIRO support to remove, but I don’t see any option to remove the 23 active users. I tried going to Team management under the Setting menu, and don’t see the option.  I am getting really irritated with the complexity of the user management with the users even before starting the subscription.  What I am missing?

Hi - very frustrated with Miro. All of my boards which I created during free do not load after upgrading my account and I am unable to create new boards.This is unacceptable.AS well, I am unable to request a full refund through the billing settings.IF the service does not work - I should be able to request an immediate refund.Horrible experience that I hope will be resolved with Miro asap.

Can my participants vote on objects (Stickies) I have locked? 

Hi, we currently have the problem that we have different users on one board. Internal employees External employees (freelancers) CustomersHowever, if we invite a user, he/she will get access to all boards in the team, but he/she does not have access to a board yet. Hey guys,I am new to Miro and was wondering how you can move shapes and textboxes to a different place? When I try to do that it changes the size of the shape but does not move the object. Would really appreciate your help.Raphaela

Hi, I’m missing both countdown timer and voting plugins from the bottom toolbar (they were never there). Both apps appear as “Installed” from the marketplace. I tried to reinstall them, that didn’t help. What may be the problem? Thanks

Hi,I’m new here and having some trouble figuring out how to use this. (In browser mode.)Lately I often find myself in overwrite mode when writing and editing my text which makes it very hard to go back and change something in the middle of a text.Is there a command that switches between overwrite and insert? Or is it a Windows/keyboard thing? 

As I continue to work on one of my boards, I am adding a lot of new items every time I work on them.Lately I realise that some of the items on it are missing, it is like the first items are erased as I continue to add new ones.Is there a limit of items on a board? How come they continue to disappear?

We are looking to create some boards to replace static content that is currently on whiteboards using printed magnets. I began building a proof-of-concept on my computer (FHD / 1080p), and all seemed to be going well. (We would be using sticky notes heavily, as they perform the same function we currently have with magnets.)However when viewing on a 4k screen, the resolution / pixelation on the sticky notes is TERRIBLE. When the entire board is viewed the text inside the sticky notes isn’t even legible.Has anyone else had issues with image clarity / resolution at 4k?

I see Miro has a ton of business strategy templates. I was curious if there is a template based on the E-Myth strategy.Thanks!
