Cannot login using email on Windows 10 Home Chrome even after clearning cache
This is my personal account and I cannot login into my work account (paid) even to log a Miro community ticket. Miro Support, please refer to my service request #260971. My system settings are as follows:Windows 10 home Chrome browser and I have tried to login on my ipad using safari and on my Edge browser on my Windows 10 home PC and I have cleared the cache multiple times I still get redirected to the login screen even after I have entered the correct password. I have tried calling the Miro number that comes up on a google search, only to be redirected to a voicemail message. I need this fixed urgently. In my paid work account, I have created some key artefacts and need to access them urgently. I would really appreciate your quick help, considering we just started using your product and paid for it!
