 We currently we have some large journey maps which are on Touchpoint, and we would like to export all the good work completed to Miro (there is also a huge amount of attachments in the journey maps). I would welcome any help or guidance. 

Hello,When I am dragging and dropping .jpg images into the board from Windows Explorer directly onto the board, the order of my images come in random.For example, in windows explorer, my images are organized 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3,jpg etc up to 30.jpg. However, when i drop them into MIRO, the images come in at random order, 9.jpg, 3.jpg, etc.It would be very helpful if they came in order. Is there a naming convention I can use or another way to import so they import in order? 

Apparently there isn’t a GREAT need for this as many mapping tools do not contain this feature as I am constantly searching for it.  I am in need of one that allows me to LAYER boards.  I create board A, board B and board C.  I can view board A + B + C all together, or A + B or B + C or A + C at my choosing.  Is this something I can do with miro?  I love the simplicity and cleanness of the UX.  However, I’m longing for this layering functionality for not only my product planning, but my product offering.  HELP!! (or if layering is not an option, is there a workaround anyone can think of?)

Has anyone successfully found a way to embed a UXPIN simulation preview into a MIRO Board?I’ve tried the instructions to use an iframe embed here:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017730993-Embedding-Media-to-Boards?backUrl=%2Fmarketplace%2F%3Futm_source%3Dapp-profile-menuBut all that results in is a frame on the MIRO Board that literally just says “UXPIN PREVIEW” but doesn’t show the preview in the board.We want to be able to actually see the embedded UXPin Simulation in the context of the MIRO board.

Hello everyone!I am currently working to find a solution to a weekly/monthly schedule to track milestones. I found that the “Weekly Agenda” template works (so far my best solution) great for what I am trying to achieve.By having a lot of columns and rows open, the “Total” tag (shown in the picture attached) showing the amount of “tasks” or milestones in this case, is becoming quite noisey.I cannot find a way to remove that specific tag. Am I missing something?Thank you,Issa.

How to delete a bulk of frames with one click?

Hello Community, I am curious, is there a way to lock all frames with one action, button or keyboard shortcut? I see there is an “unlock all” option, so, I am assuming there is the opposite function available. Please advise.  Thank youIsabella

This is sooooooo basic but a massive oversight @Miro.  After wasting  at least an hour I can find NO REFERENCE ANYWHERE on how to save a board.  I guessed maybe autosave, closed down the tab and now my board is NOWHERE to be found.  This is so basic it’s ridiculous - where is the save button and where do boards get saved to / retrieved from?????  Not happy. 

Hi there,I’m going to work remotely with a group of 25 people the whole day. For that I’d like to use many different vector graphics. I wonder whether it makes a different to create the graphics on my own and uploading them onto the boar or is it better for perfomance and speed to create them with the miro board tools?Do you have any experiences on that? Because if there are attendees with less speed of connection I’d like to optimize my board for the workshop.Thanks for help

I want to create links for my Jira tickets that will lead my team members not just to the Miro page, but to a particular position on the page (position + scale). So say I am viewing a picture and I want to save “what I see” into a link and send it to somebody, so that they can jump into my view using the link. Is there any way to do it?

I have a paid account, but today when I logged into Miro, I get a message that I only have a free account (and have used my 3 free boards, but there are no boards showing up). What gives?

is there a way to set the default view to “owned by me” instead of everything? .. not a fan of the change to see everything by default

I can login. I see the dashboard of templates and my board. When clicking on any of them, they just hang with the gray arrows spinning. After sometime, it says it could not connect. I tried logging out and deleting cache. Thoughts? 

I am currently running a game design course for 90 university students in miro. We are working with an education account and I have invited all students as guest editors. The ride has been relatively smooth so far. Almost everyone seems to be thrilled both with the assignment to create a tabletop board game in one week and with miro as a tool. The students has been divided in groups each group has their own board to do the design in. 31 boards in total.The biggest problem though is the they can not lock graphical elements in their prototype because that function is not included in the guest reviewer account type. It cripples the design process considerably. And it is not a viable solution for me to go around on 31 boards an locking graphical elements of their choice.And to be clear: not using the look function when designing anything in miro makes it almost impossible to have graphical elements stacked on top of eachother. Is there any way for me to give them the ability to lock/unlock

Hey guys,  I can’t find the answer to this question: When does the “idle”-state get triggered?  We have a lot of Zoom Meetings with our customers at the same time and I constantly switch open programs and tabs. It doesn’t look to nice if we are “idle” even though we are currently working in a meeting together (e.g. somebody sharing something on Zoom and then seeing that my status is idle). What are the workarounds?  P.S.: I am aware that there is a idle-time-out setting in enterprise mode. That doesn’t matter probably, since we have a normal subscription and I don’t care about time-out, but the beginning of the idle-state.  Best regards,Patrick!

Hi allWhen I drag a sticky note the whole frame shifts down because it’s trying to snap it into a position at the top of the frame. I see an outline where it is trying to organise them no matter where I’m moving to and from.I’ve tried turning off ‘snap to grid’ but that didn’t help.Any ideas? Thanks

Hello everyone!Please help me out to restore deleted items from the board. I accidenatlly deleted all the items and closed the session. Now I can see those changes in the log, but I can’t restore the data. How can I restore them? I do desperately need them back. Please help. Thanks a lot!

Is there a way to customize the Comment Box colors?  Our creative team would like to add information without it being a bright color that will distract from the creative imagery.  We’re looking for a grey box….

HiOne from my team intented to copy a miro board from one team site to another. Unfortunately, the board wasent copied but just added to the new team site and edited - basically only the templates is left. That means that all content is gone in the original board, which is super bad as we dont have all the info anywhere else. Is there some miracle solution to this critical situation?Appreciate your assistance :-)/Soren  

Hi! I have some boxes that are extending beyond frames. I’d like them all to have the shadow over them for the portion that is between frames, and some but not all are doing this. Is there a way to create a template box to insert and auto scale and crop an image?  Similar to indesign?

My boards no longer appear, when clicking on the Miro link, the message "Please create a team" returns.  What could have happened?

I am looking for tips how to reduce the loading time. I am a teacher, and every lesson my students and I add new material to the existing board: pdfs, images, links, and handwritten work. It is great for keeping all resources in one place, but the loading time is growing, especially for my students on tablets.Is there a way to compartmentalize the board such that there is an “archive” section that doesn’t preload unless accessed? So that we can keep all the current frames loaded, but the rest of the frames is ignored? I feel like the functionality is probably already there and I just don’t know it yet.
