This was addressed in a post 6 months ago but currently what we want is not possible. The problem step-by-step:1. Board A created. In the Notes section, there are links to specific areas of Board A.B2. Board A duplicated to create Board B.3. In Board B, in the Notes, the links go to Board A area.Request: Allow links in Board B Notes to correspond to areas in Board B, not back to Board A.

I want to create a card sort to review with students independently.  Can I create a board that they can use and it is reset for each student that uses it?  Is there a way to create a “key” so that it checks itself?

Do you plan to give us the ability to ask for a pseudo when free access is open to identify user without need any registration ? 

I’m building Product roadmap/Gantt chart and when adding Due date to the card displayed on timeline it width remain unchanged while visually it became wrong in relation to other cards with different due date.Can width of the card depend on it’s Due date when on Timeline? 

Hello, I’m a teacher and yesterday my student had trouble hearing the audio of a youtube video I embedded on the Whiteboard.  FYI I embedded the video by just copying and pasting the link straight onto the board. He could hear the audio slightly but it was very quiet at his end.  Any insights into how I could fix this would be most helpful Nick

Dear Miro team, I work for the Council of Europe as an IT Technician. I want to create a Silent/Unattented package that installs Miro. Currently, the miro.exe file installs the software at %APPDATA%\Local\… And the default installer doesn’t seem to provide a way to change the install location. The idea would be to install it outside of the user profile, in Program Files. Do you know how to change the default location ?Secondly, the app seems to update automatically which is an issue to us who use the applocker. Is there a way to disable the automatic update with a commandline ? (Could be registery, or just an argument during the installation?)Thanks for the help, Best, Charly F

I had signed up for a personal MIRO account using my company email for individual use at work. A few months later, my company bought enterprise licenses. I received a welcome email from MIRO, followed the link, but my account does not show as an enterprise account, and enterprise features are not available to me.How do I migrate my account to the enterprise license and access the additional features?

I can’t export in full quality because Miro think I just have “Free” version. But I’m listet with full licens in the “Active Users” list. And when I have just “Free” version its impossible to get in touch with Miro Helpsenter Chat. How to fix that?

I couldn't find the answer whether co-owner feature costs extra money for those on a Consultant Plan. When adding a co-owner to a board or a project, should I pay?

Hi,I am going to change the status of one of the members from Full member to free restricted license,but the member is the owner of some of the boards, what is gonna happen if I change the setting as mentioned? Who is going to be the owner of those boards instead? Thank you

Hi Everyone, how are you?I am deeply distressed that all my work has been removed from Miro without any explanation or prior communication. This board was created in May and now in September it no longer exists.How can I get my work back? Help me, please?A board can be deleted from my account for not having updates?

Hi Community, I did some one work on Miro under my own free account however I need to now export this to my work account but it wont let me. I just paid $20 for a month to see if I could export my mind map but it still says upgrade. Is there limit if you pay monthly rather than yearly? Am i vendor locked in and now will have to recreate several days work again? I need to export this to my corp Miro account and use it there. Any help is hugely appreciated. I know this is probably worded wrong so sorry if its confusing. 

Hello, I am getting this error “You can't delete parent node, when child nodes are in editing mode" when I try to delete one of my cards on the User Story Map. What does that mean? How can it get back from “editing mode”?

Hello everyone! It's incredible. I have two grids which, in the header, contain small images.I managed to lock the first one, including the images. I can lock the second grid but not the images it contains. When the images are inside the grid the padlock does not appear, while if I move them out I see the padlock again. Can anyone explain this strange behavior and help me solve the problem? Thank you!

Hi, I’d like to know how to restrict the editors’ rights on my Miro board. I have a free account and I need to restrict the editors‘ rights on one of the contents I used for my board, just one content (a table). I wish people could be able to write on the table without neither modifying its structure nor deleting others’ contributions. I tried to modify the share’s options giving people the right to comment and not to edit but this solution is not ideal, and not even readable. Could you give me some advice please ? Thanks in advance for your help.Best regards,Chiara 

Hello,We are currently in Enterprise plan and we have 10 accounts in plan. Each account has different number of licenses allocated.As a Company admin I would like see the license summary like number of licenses purchased and licenses allocated for all accounts as Power BI report or any other dashboard.Any suggestions for this.Thanks in advance.

I don’t understand how I paid for an AWW membership back in September  2020. Miro takes over and  I  was told I  would keep the same features for another year and now when I go  in, the boards are locked and asking me to upgrade asking for $1300 to start. What is this all about?
