account is registered to a company I left.. still getting charged

Last year I signed up to Miro with my company address, but my subscription was being paid by me. not by the company.

I have since left the company, have no access to the email address but I'm still being charged for the service.

I want to continue using Miro on a new address, but I cannot remove this subscription.

Can you please help me. I love the software.

This was being used in a personal capacity… nobody else in the former company uses it
