Your Billing Is Intentionally Cryptic and Support Is Impossible to Get
I upgraded our account to Pro, removed seats, and selected monthly billing. However, it still shows that I am being billed annually. When I went to help and clicked “Contact Support” it took me to the generic support page with no means to contact support. I attempted to log in on the support page, but it does nothing - I have tried this in Brave and Chrome browsers. I need to change my billing method to monthly. I have been using computers my entire life, coded professionally for 8+ years, and have a Masters degree. It should not be this hard.
